Although not same conditions including bitter cold and lack of friends and extended families,  soon African continent will be as poor as European Continent where people are homeless, live/sleep in bitter and icy streets in winter season steaming from city/town to city/towm and government watch its people roasting and dying in bitter cold.   




Africa has great opportunity now to design its own indigenous  development program. Intl Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank (WB), etc. have grossly impoverished Africa and people of Africa.




  Several african countries and entrepreneurs have money to lend to african and non-african countries and other applicants at soft interest rate. IMF and several other foreign lenders are bullies, rift-off of pt and smart makers of under-development, poverty and hardship particularly in Africa and other economies with high domestic and foreign debts. Africa in collaboration with african business men/women with urgency to establish independent Continental Monetary Fund and Bank and must africanize money/currency unmatched with foreign monies or currencies.
