A.           PARTIES

1.  Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume, Plaintiff resides in Brockton of Massachusetts of the United States ofd America.

2.    FACEBOOD is social media with its corporate headquarters located in California of the United States

B.                          JURISDICTION

Action of the Defendant, Facebook is in breach of the 1st and other Amendments to and Bill Rights of the Constitution of the United States and international United Nations laws... 

C.                           CAUSE OF ACTION SUMMARIZED

                                       COUNT #1

3.    Plaintiff is potential presidential candidate of Nigeria 2015 and his facebook wall, post, comment, chat, advertisement, etc  have become the general assembly of the world in discourses and entreaties relating to Nigeria and world politics, economies, social, music, art, fashion, connections, science and technology, professions/professionals, etc. with over 21 billion hit (October 2011) if tested on Google, Yahoo, etc. Plaintiff's Facebook draws storm of hit several percents more than Facebook.

4.  Foreign and domestic oil/gas companies in Nigeria  and their local and international allies see Dr. Phillip Ofume's Presidential Campaign  as a major threat to their crook businesses in Nigeria and change of the present crawling and fraudulent government of President Goodluck Jonathan.

5.   In part to stop Dr. Ofume's presidntial campaign these oil/gas companies have retained some staff of the facebook corporation to block and close his facebook and apart from 7 by7 day closure or block, they have permanently shutdown Plaintiff's  facebook. 

6.   Information of the Facebook or defendant's revealed that  foreign and domestic oil/gas companies in Nigeria  retained Facebook on November 13, 2011 and the staff of defendant or facebook retained white supremacist group and other terrorist groups that are assigned to invite several strange friends into Plaintiff's facebook and to enable Defendant accuse Plaintiff for inviting people he does not have prior relationship with and use this fake group to block Plaintiff's facebook for 7 days and 7 by 7 four times a month. 

7.    The adverse impact of these blocks on Plaintiff's campaign is huge because he is allowed to use his facebook less than one (1) hour per month which is less than 12 hours per year.

8.   The censorship plan is devastating because at the end of 7 days another 7 days block enters into stage and four times a month which is the entire month and entire year.

9. Plaintiff has several occasions informed Facebook that strange people are confirming friendship on his facebook electronic mail and several times, Plaintiff requested for investigation but defendant or facebook did nothing.

G.                     RELIEF SOUGHT

In nature of general and special damages, Plaintiff claims $3.5 billion (THREE BILLIONS AND FIVE HUNDRED MILLION US DOLLARS) from the Defendant, Facebook and must be paid in full without installmental payment directly to the Plaintiff.
