Dear Sirs/Madams:
URBAN SCHOOL IN MASSACHUSETTS (BROCKTON HIGH SCHOOL): DISTRICT, COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL STUDENTS CAN NOT DO AP EXAMINATION BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT PAY $60.00 - Re. Ms. Isabelle Ifeoma Ofume, Grade 12 and several other poor students
Ms. Isabelle Ifeoma Ofume, Grade 12 and several other students are extremely poor students and Brockton High School refused to grant their affidavit of indigency requesting waiver of $60.00 AP Examination fee because this school said that Obama's government did not waive payment for any students, poor and rich.
Hon. of U.S. Secretary Department of Education Arne Duncan said,
"I believe education is civil rights issue of our generation, the only sure pathway out of poverty, and the only way to achieve a more equal and just society. Our goal should be to give children schools that combine passionate, caring adults, teams of students learning together by helping each other..."
This just a flake of demagogy. The Honourable Secretary's entreaties and No Child Left Behind Act (2001) et al are not possible across the United States' Urban and Mixed Urban Schools because whites (teachers and administrators) control urban school, mixed urban school and suburban school and they are not ready to give non-whites education because education is GATEWAY TO EVERYTHING or because non-whites will take their jobs and better life.
At Brockton High School if you are non-white and poor student, you can not do your AP Examination this year because the administrators of this high school have affirmatively advised these students to protest to President Barack Obama and Chief Financial Officer to release fund to them because the government said that poor and rich students must pay $60.00 to register to do this examination.
Following the instructions of the administrators of this high school, we are requesting Mr. President and Vice-President of the United States and Chief Financial Officers of the United States to pay the AP Examination for these poor students pursuant to No Child Left Behind Act (2001) and related education rights law.
Restating that the administration of this school rejected their affidavits of indigency. Some staff of the high school confessed and said that they blamed U.S. Chief Financial Officers for throwing over $1million into the pockets of the principal and superintendent under trump up designed playground project which is less than $50,000.00 and now poor students can not pay $60.00 to do an important examination stated above.
We studied the policies and practices of this high school on internal tactical sanction on school office supplies to students (computer for assignment and research, photocopies, pencil, plain paper and loose leaf, etc) and found that internal policies and practices smartly prevent the students from using these supplies and the administrators use this plan to save pocket money as theey did in starvation plan below.
Heartlessly, these administrators starved these poor students for several months without granting them free or reduced breakfast and launch. We petitioned department of education, Messrs. President and Vice-President before they were granted free or reduce breakfast and launch. These students walk several miles to school without breakfast because their parents have no food and money to give to them to buy a small piece of donut and bus pass. Through out the school day they remain starved and how is it possible to learn including highly poor teaching and student base divide and rule environments. After all consideration including interviewing several students, we concluded that education in US urban and mixed urban schools is physical and psychological tortures.
