THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL OF MASS: PROTECTING WHITE FRAUDS AND RETALIATION AGAINST BLACK COMPLAINANT

The Fraud reported against white company, located at: http://universal-fashion-art-music.blogspot.com/2012/02/carrabbas-italian-grillosi-restaurant.html and when this Black employee reported further fraud which was found in the office of the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA),  the unemployment assistance paid to this Black claimant was stopped on July 17, 2012. Swiftly, the Black employee or claimant file appeal and demanded urgent hearing but nothing has been done as to effort to mark up the appeal  for hearing. Now the Black claimant, who care for his family (7 children and 2 parents) is now struggling under $0.00/month. Representative for the Claimant, Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume has telephoned and wrote to the DUA without taken in the circumstance to set down this appeal for hearing.

DUA  has been very secretive in disclosing the actual amount assessed based on claimant's condition. History of payment above shows that DUA has unknown power to alter payment discretionarily including dropping payment to add cloud to payment due to claimant. Assessment and evaluation sheet informed claimant that he will be paid $284.00 weekly. Reliant upon this data we will compute amount paid and amount unpaid running November 2011 through para 7 above.
