INTERNATIONAL RELEASE ORDERED IMMEDIATELY
Attention; ICE/ISAP LEADERSHIP FROM WASHINGTON D.C. TO GRASSROOT - http://www.ice.gov/about/leadership/
Dear Sirs/Madams
We are resending you our temporary residential address, Super 8 385 Westgate Drive, Brockton MA 02301 and maybe active only today up to 12.00 noon. You said we should see everyday under state and fed poverty level but you told us that out visit is once a week.
It is unclear why you have stemmed ISAP bullying, harassment and physical/psychological tortures against innocent family like ours. US Government lost the ONLY charge (
[212(a)(7) (A)(i)(I)] of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act ) brought against our family. The Conduct of ICE/ISAP including wearing us bracelets falls within the UN Rome Convention of July 28, 1998. NOTHING WILL STOP THIS ACTION. Did those all white leaders of ICE tell you they have amended or filed a new charge against us. Expired Biometric is not part of this charge and not a crime within within the construction of US Immigration law as claimed by a racist and unlearned Judge Matthew j. D'Angelo of US Immigration Court, Boston, MA. We have given notice to ICE/ISAP that we want to leave US and they should remove the bracelets and they refused to heed our requests. These are bracelets racially issued which start beeping each time we are on the bus, train, courts. meetings, church, etc. We are suing all the ICE leaders in any court with international jurisdiction NOT LATER THAN 30 DAY from the date of this FINAL NOTICE.
Yours very sincerely,
Dr. Phillip C. Ofume & Associates
