Attention:  Teachers and Administrators at Arnone School, Teacher Plouffe Academy, Brockton, MA:   Ms. Michelle A. Nessralla (Principal), Mr. Kenneth Kevelson  - Maths, Mr. Stephen P. Shaw (Assistant Principal), other Teachers, Administrators,  Guidance Counselors of Plouffe Academy, Mr. David H. Brewster (IB Coordinator), Social Study Teacher and Spanish Teacher, Federal and State Hon. Secretaries of Education, Inspector General/Commissioners of Education, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Superintendents/Deputy Superintendents, UNHCR, UNHCHR, UNESCO, US universities, U.S. Human Rights Commission (State/Federal Departments of Education), Federal/State Human Rights Commission, etc.

The Hon. Secretaries (whites) of Education (state and federal) and the Superintendents (whites) of the Brockton public school systems are aware of what and what  have been happening at  Arnone School. From time to time, LIMPT, INC has issued  Notice followed by  reminders but all these notices have remain unattended because across the United States life is bitter for non-whites because whites are in control at abnormal level and American whites have no trust for non-whites and their complaints are rarely investigated and tried inside and outside the judicial system where whites are also in control at abnormal rate in breach of purported multi-cultural/racial/ethnic/color/religion federalism.

 Under this uncivilized federal  trend, Arnone School is upper level PREDOMINANTLY NON-WHITE SCHOOLS but abnormally and unlawfully  run by over 98% and 99% white teachers and administrators; white mounted police, nurses, department of children and families or social services and allied workers with a heartless racist principal and vice-principal without respect parents and students to the extent of secretly branding certain non-white students terrorist in order to sanction their freedom of movement and association which is key strain to learning, comprehension and retention.  Parents are detained and kept outside  longer than closing hours in days of severely bitter cold and heavy and other raining days.

LIMPT,INC (EDUCATION AND WORKFORCE PROJECT) is able to enter in/out of Arnone School because of the close door white to white  (classroom and out-classroom) vicious racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance which naturally opened the mount of several victims that volunteered anonymous information. The principal (white) who is suspected to be suffering heriditary racist culture, have no mercy and respect for these non-whites parents and students. Same vein similar racist attitude which led to ex-President George W. Bush to launch senseless  bloody war against the Muslims and Arabs is visible at Arnone School because during school run parents will not be allowed to use school washroom and also they are banned from entering the school building. Complaint against the unofficial conduct of the teachers are repressed and in drone manner under color other teachers join to construct chain mistreatment against the victim in such dreadful manner to force the child to drop out of school to remove the threat on the white teacher.

CASE #1 (Arnone School, Brockton, MA)

DELIBERATE POISONED SCHOOL FOOD TO KILL TALENTED/SMART/GIFTED BLACK STUDENT  
In the District of Brockton, MA under dangerous setup of  white to white secrecy in the workforce of the hospital(over 98% whites), Police and other securities (over 99% whites) and public school system (over 98% whites), breakfast/launch staff who administered the poison and school were securely  protected and no arrest, interrogation, investigation and charge brought against the staff. Physicians (over 98.9% whites) refused to disclose their findings to parents and all treaments were blind treatment because the staff was not arrested  and interrogated to know the type of poison she put in the meal of the child.

Under this type of tick cloud the physicians must be handicapped as to treatment option to take. When the child was brought by ambullance to the emergency ward of the Brockton Hospital, the physicians were confused and some tried to rush into surgery and others opposed. To the present time, the poison has not been cured and from time to time the child is rushed to the hospital. Across the United States whites regard this kid and related kids threat to their stealing intuition of garnishing the chance to continue to control majority of the jobs and other services and majority of non-whites must continue to suffer starvation and poverty.


Soon as some of LIMPT, INC's were admitted at Arnone School security was discussed with the school authority. On one of LIMPT, INC's student (name reserved) table as he was eating a food served him in a plate, suddenly one of the food staff rushed  to his table and removed the food he was already eating without permission and child was compelled to eat other food which school food staff served him. The Child said that thereafter in the classroom and throughout the school period and back home, he continued  to have stomach problem and unable to attend school the following day.  He was  taken to the hospital in an ambullance and parents filed complaint with the Brockton Police Department and the police failed to effect arrest and also continued to intimidate parents to force them to abandon their complaint. Follow-up statements have been issued in this case continuously and the secretaries/commissioners of education, Arnone school, police, superintendent, etc did nothing because of the color of the child, victim.

Parents and LIMPT, INC. went to Brockton Police Department  to file complaint and when the poison entered fatal stage, LIMPT, INC. and parents returned to the Police  and one heavily armed police officer came to the hospital to harass the sick child and his parents and the police did not use any democratic policing remedies including to discuss with parents or their representatives (LIMPT, INC) .

Restating that the breakfast/launch staff at  Arnone School  was not  questioned and case remain undocumented by the mounted police to give physicians some insights about the incident.  Point of death when the child was moved by ambulance to the emergency ward of Brockton Hodpital, the physicians were confused and there was contradictory options. Some physicians voted surgery because the child was in elevated pains and over 9.4point but others suggested alternative remedies. Disclosure to parents and LIMPT, INC. was less than 5% because the school, police, hospital, and phsicians are whites and the giver of the poison is one non-white of 99% white teachers and administrators. To present time, the child is still suffering from the poison and attending doctor's review appointment.

After brief interview for safety reason for all students in the school, LIMPT, INC. recommended the following:

That student  by student food service is very risky vis-a-vis child care and protection conditions  in the United States. There are reasons such as  political, child custody, payment of alimony, child tax benefits and other benefits, problem child and unwarranted action of parents/guardians, etc. child in school maybe harmed for selfish reason.  Reliant on these reasons food should be pre-served on central table and students be placed on queue to pickup their food. The child/student poisoned and his two other siblings have over $150,000.00  child tax benefits and other benefits unpaid by the Government of Canada since October 2005. These monies attracted the Department of children and families (DCF) and in collaboration with children merchants they falsified allegations as path to seize these children because within less than one week of taking custody under white to white, these benefits will be paid to the merchant in custody of the children.

Majority of the principals, teachers, nurses,  superintendents and administrators in Massachusetts  public schools are racists and use more time which would have been used for teach to write dangerous incident reports to pave way for the DCF or DSS to seize non-whites students to stop them from acquiring education as path way to compete in future workforce. The reports also put the students in crime record roll and designed for the same workforce blocking program which is regarded across the US as birth right for the whites.

In urban/mixed urban schools the life of smart/talented/gifted/A/A+/B+ non-white students is in danger because across the United States, extreme majority of these schools, teachers and administrators are between 95% - 99% whites and they are not ready to grant right to education to non-whites because of competition at the labour market.

WORST DANGER AND REASON WHY NON-WHITES PARENTS MUST RELOCATE OUT OF BROCKTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS

As Victim, Child continues to respond to the on-going uncertain medical treatment, the conduct of the principal and vice-principal towards child and parents shows that they want the child dead. When the school refused to take and apply the above stated recommendations and allowed same food staff to be serving food and also promoted her in line cook and service staff structure,  parents decided to give money to the child to buy food from the venting or paid food lock up machine. The principal and vice-principal prevented the child from buying food from the machine and the child starved from day to day  and they sent incident reports to DCF and from standpoint of resarched history DCF was principally created to collaborate with the urban and part of the mixed unrban schools to destroy non-white students and force them to disengage from school. DCF telephoned parents of the Child, victim to warn them that failure to release the child to start eating school food, that they will seize the child.

The Governments of America (state and federal) have adopted similar whites designed method to force drop out of  some talented  non-whites to prevent them from competing in future labour market. For example, without Employment Authorization Documents (EAD), Dr. & Mrs. Ofume are forced to remain under zero-income and further sanctioned 100% of the social services including food stamps, child benefits, etc to drill the Ofume family to poison zone (food bank and Soup Table) where poison could be administered to eliminate the family because of its bid for the President of Nigeria past and 2015. Banks and credit companies including paypal, moneygram, etc are sanctioned and influenced from opening account and receiving donation and gift on behalf the family in other to  force them to go to soup table and food bank. Pastors and others are warned not to donate money and limit their services to referral to the food bank and soup table and delivery of  food to the family.

When parents/LIMPT, INC ignored the threat of the DCF, the principal and the vice-principal disabled the machine and at the same time issued further fallacious incident reports against the child and parent and secretly sent to the DCF and with strong advice to seize the child. A staff which works with DCF telephoned LIMPT, INC and disclosed some of the contents of the incident report. DCF staff said that the second incident report issued by the principal has been impounded and seized by the director of DCF (Brockton, MA).

The principal and the vice-principal removed the child to several secret meetings to deceive him to start eating school food and verbally used police to intimidate the child and warned him not to say anything to parents and LIMPT, INC.  The child ate the school food and on the second day (01/25/2012) another type of poison more deadly was  given to the child and immediately the child ate the food they drilled him to further secret meeting to renew the warning that he must not tell parents/LIMPT, INC that he ate school meal and they succeeded in brainwashing him to the extent under severe form of stomach problem he failed to disclose what he ate and under fear the child said, "i did not eat in the school..." and when the pains reached an elevated  level to rush him to the hospital, his siblings were interviewed and they confessed that the child ate school food served by the food staff. Thereafter, the child said that he was forced to eat.


2.          IMMUNIZATION AS PATH TO UNLEASH OVERDOSZE AND KILL  STUDENTS:

Extract from letters to the Secretaries of the department of Education and Superintendents,
"We met the Principal and Nurse and they lied.  We advised that exclusion of child, Ofume without requesting for her immunization record from the  Brockton Public Schools office is hasty, unofficial and unwarranted. Registration of Child Ofume was made in the office of the Brockton Public school and her records lie there and is the responsibility of the staff at Brockton Public Schools to forward this record to the schools.

Another official step which Arnone School must take prior to exclusion action step is request for parents' release to enable the Arnone School act appropriately pursuant to MSIX returnable in  section 1308 (b) (2) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, as amended by the No Child Left Behind Act (2001).  Reason that this federal law is binding on states to implement this education legislation, when it remain unheeded by the school, we acted advisorily  but the secretaries of the department of education are whites who believe in white power and supremacy and they have strongly opposed the change program of President Barack Obama and his government.


On 9/28/2011 parent, Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume in a haste during school run (drop off of the other children) signed release to the Nurse to enable her request  Lynn Health Center (Union Street , Lynn MA) to send her immunization record but we remain dismayed to the extent that the nurse resisted to fax parent's release to Lynn Health Center because parent failed to provide the fax number of Lynn Health Center immediately under school drop off and unprepaid to write the release at the material time the release was written. Under good cause justification, Lynn and Brockton are in Massachusetts and within the same healthcare delivery jurisdiction.  A nurse of record can easily go online to get the fax within seconds of system search more than parent.

We object the action  proposed to exclude Child, Ofume from school pending release of her Immunization record because such action maybe conmstrued as retaliatory to the complaint against her teacher which we temporarily relent to watchout for change towards better student/teacher relationship.

ARNONE SCHOOL, BROCKTON, MA: EXTREME POOR STUDENTS BELOW DISTRICT, COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL FORCED TO PAY FOR  BREAKFAST AND LAUNCH MEALS

With color and race impunity, and nonchalance, the principal, vice-principal and meal staff have been forcing these  poor students to pay for their meals and failure they are detained and suspended within as other students with money to pay for their meals are eating. They starve them through the day for over seven hours. Under this cruel conditions, how is possible for these students to actively learn and succeed?

They harass and bully them by demand frequency and also issuing fake and anonymous demand/collection notices and parents continue to cough out these huge bills which goes into the personal pockets of the administration of this school because of unofficial documentation of the money to be paid to these bullies.

The Superintendents and principals have been put on notice on the legal implication of their action. LIMPT, INC (EDUCATION AND WORKFORCE PROJECT) has severally advised them and the principal and vice-principal banned its workers from entering into Arnone School property.

 In addition to the links posted below, FBI, secretaries/commissioner of education have been informed. All these complaints fall within the jurisdiction of FBI ands related operatives because these are federal/state monies.
