PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA: QUESTION OF JOBS & COMPETITIVENESS

President Barack Obama has made another bold step. Before this step, Jobs and Competitiveness is close to zero in the US because majority of the process to create jobs and micro/macro distribution of jobs are based on race, color, nationality, religion, partisan politics, etc.

President Obama has created programs and services capable of creating oversize jobs to fix demand of unemployed and reversed other social/eco strains but to brew voters' anger November 2010 and Election 2012 opponents that have been in force for decades and in control of over 93% of the federal, state, local, etc jobs and power to hire have sanctioned created job; switched direction void of the interest of americans and America ahead of time to capture Whitehouse, senate, house of rep., governorship, mayoral seats, etc.

February 2010 - July 2011, US Conservative/Republican Party and its opposition allies have succeeded in controlling and setup pushes to control majority of the corporate/non-corporate sectors, media, left/right political actors, etc, ; restating that this intention is smack of NOTHING to create better America, reduce foreign/domestic debts, and release created jobs/services to prevent future recession or depression but limited to race to win elections 2010 and 2012.

Question without answer which Publishers asked U.S. local, state and federal Departments of Education is, why is that the departments are not teaching white slaves, slave trade, slavery and slave keeping/keepers but spent several million of tax dollars to employ teachers and expand curriculum on black slaves, slave trade, slavery and slave keeping/keepers?

These department make sure the program is taught in a way to intimidate and psychologically torture black learners, parents, children inside and outside learning walls. In U.S. national, state and local educations, K- tertiary levels, american whites are in control in formulating policies and practices in education which are made learning curricula for schools. This system is designed to provide better education for ONLY whites and non-whites follow without opportunity to defend their interest. Poor Blacks and the blacks (educators, politicians, churches, and other community leaders) who work to meet means of livelihood are offered positions and granted loan and monies to destroy their communities by supporting this racist destructive learning tool.

High key note is taken, that landing from Europe to the NEW WORLD or now called AMERICA, majority of the whites landed with their whites slaves and continued to buy more and more white slaves (called "indentured servants" to remove the word, "slave servant " as applied to define black slave servant). After the abolition of slave trade and slavery, white slaves were integrated into the americam society and provided monetary and credits to be on the platform as free whites but black slaves were rejected and discriminated placed under conditions worst than slave/slavery conditions.

Across America, directly and indirectly heartless whites control HUD, are extreme majority of the landlords and real estate companies, credit companies, credit union, etc. In greater part to control these systems is not by hardwork and anything driven by skill but limited to traditional color and race alliance and cartel.

This article is another eye-opener to anti-RECOVERY.GOV and other recovery stimulus package of the present sitting government of America.

Expert findings uncovered reason why non-white americans with money to pay rent or buy home drift into homelessness. Reasons found are mismanagement of the commonwealth of the United States ( education, employment, money, entire housing system or HUD and other habitat stake, etc) is controlled by the whites; fraudulent color and race base credit reporting to deter the progress of non-whites; etc.

After all documentary and several other showings (specially reserved for non-whites) before the landlords/real estate agents (income, pay stubs, work and employers' certification, social security, several references, criminal record, citizenship and immigration, birth certificate, passport, ID, driver's license, bank/credit accounts, education, lease qualifications, etc) to proof eligibility to pay rent/mortgage and maintain the intended apartment or home, these racist credit companies become "final judge" and recommend who would be granted credit to rent apartment and purchase home. After all these exhaustive showings, issues of urban, suburban and mixed urban locations take another high priority because these credit companies and landlords/real estate agents will not allow non-whites to rent/buy apartment/home in urban and part of mixed urban communities because of access to right to good education and housing facilities reserved for only whites across the United States.

Non-whites with good credits are reported bad credit in secret note to landlords and real estate agents. In Publishers discovery work, 47 of 50 whites landlords hate to rent/sale apartment/home to earned and intended large black families, educated black families, black family with children (age: 1 - 17 years), black families in search for further education and deny other non-whites because of their color and the trump up credit report issued by the credit companies. The rental/mortgage applications facilitate this discriminatory denial because the applications give signal to the credit companies and landlords. Telephone, open house and names are used to discover white and non-white.

Publishers investigated the landlords/real estate agents of the four bedroom apartments in Massachusetts and other states and found that white family (7-8) applied after the Blacks had applied for the same four bedroom apartment. Under the secret collaboration between the landlords/real estate agents and these credit companies, poor credit was issued against the black family to stop the black family from renting the apartment.

During round up and crackdown investigation and research, Experian and a black family were selected without disclosure during the process to do the credit check of this family with target pointing at one apartment locator who retain TransUnion as their credit checker and certifier. A white real agent was used to conduct full credit check through Experian without the color and race of the family. On July 31, 2011 after the credit check on two black (reserved) adults in this family, Experian found that their credit scores were okay and will be accepted officially by any landlords and real estate agents and copies were printed out and issued.

Less than 48 hours or August 2-3, 2011, comes TransUnion and the two blacks (reserved) were enrolled for Credit check for same purpose and four bedroom apartment. A community rental agency (white) was placed on the cross credit check excise and target apartment located at 10 Lawton Avenue (city reserved) and over-levied for $1,400.00 without utilities. The white agency said that they would rent based on the advise issued by TransUnion. This agency refused to take the report prepared and issued by Experian on July 31, 2011. Same credit check technique is used by Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. Each time they enter into secret reporting to the real estate agents and landlords. They command them to dig into secured closure and secretly, TransUnion advised the community real estate to deny the family's rental application and both the real estate agents and TransUnion refused to disclose copies of the secret report. The victims have right to the report and appeal.

Credit reporting of these companies is racist and horribly fraudulent. Severally, some whites have taken pride of the reckless activities of using telephone to act as landlords/real estate and damaged the credit of the people they hate. Several people have been denied services and destroyed by this racist approach to credit finding and reporting.

In the State of Georgia, the Landlord doing casual real estate outside the state and these credit companies did the worst harm to make Blacks loss their children to the DCF/DSS. The landlord of this round of four bed room apartment (name and location reserved) saw Black family and placed scaring rental rate of $1,350.00/month without utilities and imposed initial compulsory down payment as follows:

a. First month rent.........................................................................................$1,350.00

c. Last month rent.............................................................................................$1,350.00
Total payment before move-in......................................................................... $3,050.00

Punitively, the black family must pay this amount in full and by money order to create cash in pocket and also enable the landlord elude the rapt of IRS tax return. The worst drama emerged when the black family respected the above rules and desires to pay $3,050.00, the landlord said that the credit company advised him not to rent out the apartment to these Blacks.

White landlords in Massachusetts use the racial strategy of leaded/unleaded, frequent bathing, and number of family members (6 - 8 or six and two parents) to deny them four bedroom apartment to pave way for homelessness and the Department of Children and Families or Social Services (DCF or DSS) to seize their children and destroy the nuclear and extended families. Several states approve four or three bedrooms as being sizable for this number of family.

All the cases which Publishers reported to compliance agencies (US and State human rights commission), Ofume v. Harvard University, Maureen Ofume v. American Red Cross, etc remain stocked.

Apart from the corrupt conduct of these credit companies reported, reporting of the debts owed by several whites are not reported to enable them continue to use hidden bad credit as good credit to take business and non-business monies from the banks and other financial institutions. Even if the landlords

A Black Family (reserved) found over 340 apartments for rent and 16 homes for sale. Several of these buildings have been vacant and open for over one year and wasting away. Even if the properties are acquired by personal money, in the United States where several people with money to rent or buy apartment or buy home are homeless, these real estate agents, landlords, credit unions, banks, etc have no right to allow these properties waste away. They have no rights to rasise price at will and make the properties unaffordable. In the United States under the racist collaboration with the credit companies several banks and credit unions demand over 10% - 25% down payment from non-whites and go into secret room to issue different rate for the whites.

As if the banks or lenders are not collecting the mortgage, city is not collecting taxes, etc these landlords and real estate agents failed to rent/sale, these properties to renters and buyers. These landlords and real estate companies off-record informed Publishers

Based on President Obama's programs which saved America from rolling into depression or recession, several jobs and other services were created but few of these jobs and services were offered or granted to non-whites which several corporate and their allied non-corporate white americans branded "obama people" and must not be hired and granted to brew electorates or voters anger events of the midterm and 2012 elections.

On before after February 2009, in part credit companies and financial institutions (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax, Credit banks, etc) used as tools to implement anti-incumbent and anti-economies policies and practices, trend eying midterm election November 2010 and bid for the Whitehouse 2012 recoursed to brew voters' anger against siting government. Media and means of livelihood seeking US professors of economics who are controlled by race, color and moneyed politics of the conservative/republican party and related opposition re-surface with their usual misinformation to build the minds of the electorates and mass peoples of America. Directly and indirectly, moneyed and race/color effect or syndrome, over 98% of US media and other news and information sources support the conservative/republican party and related opposition.

Reliant on the history of whites/blacks slavery, civil rights and other activities affecting legislative amendments, exclusion/marginality, etc., the Honourable Congressional Black Caucus Members are expected to be part of the umbrella of the constitution and other laws of the United States of America which interrogated and changed the social economies of America.

And/or these ladies and gentlemen ( Honourable Congressional Black Caucus Members) are also expected to be acquianted with the jurisdictional borders affecting federal, state and local governments laws of the United States. President Obama and Vice-Pesident Joseph Biden, have made efforts and set up several programs (Recovery.gov., to reverse the entire battered economic and social activities of America to enhanced stage to start trust economies without recession or depression, President Obama stands above all past leaders and government of America.

These programs have created the jobs that are oversize to the size of America's unemployment rate. But the Conservative/Republican Party over 98% whites and other opposition parties (over 95% whites) who believe in ONLY power to sit in and control the whitehouse, senate, house representative, governorship seat, mayorial seat, etc. sanctioned these jobs and services to target voters of the sitting incumbent and its local, state and federal executives, an organized plot to cause national anger against incumbent.

Armed with lies and propaganda, they designed tactics which they called "MASS UNREST, ANGER AND CONFLICT BREWING CAMPAIGN INITIATIVES" which are closely placed around the target communities (Obama favorites, the mass electorates, non-voters to create impact conflict inside and outside households ).

Under Obama's programs, jobs were created sufficient to employ majority of employable and able body americans, but these oppositions, continually, sanction these jobs, control corporate and non-corporate sectors using color and race as tool, created jobs were offered to the majority of whites and some unemployable whites are provided with jobs and services capable of causing anger against the sitting government.

To prevent eruption and discovery of untaking jobs, whites were forced to take several additional jobs and collect multiple salaries. The people which they called "Obama people" and suspected to vote return of Obama are punished and setup endless drilling forces to the point of deciding to chew sand to keep their lives and loss their families. Tactically, over billed in utility services, mortgage/rental properties, etc.

To cause more and more anger amoung the Blacks, unemployed Hispanics are continually been brain washed to undergo indentured labour training on how to take the jobs which they called jobs which whites can not take and which Blacks can do. Search here and there, landlords and real agents were lobbied and buy home and rent apartment are securely sanctioned. Under further search to implement force domicile, the family found vacant apartment located at 66 Harwood Street Unit #3 Lynn, MA 01902 and a tip indicated that the landlord resides in Houston, TX and search linked the family with the agent of the landlord. She told the family to pay months advance to enable her connect heat from Unit 2, by stove, fix door and window , buy rugs, unblock blocked kitchen and toilet sinks, pay exterminator and other workers, etc. She connected the family with the landlord and the landlord said the same thing.

On January 21, 2011 the Ofume family paid her and date of move in was suggested and agreed. On February 9, 2011 when the Ofumes arrived at 66 Harwood Street Unit 3, Lynn, MA shocked overwhelmed them, nothing was fixed. Worst, no heat, stove, toilet/kitchen sink blocked, etc. Front and back no hope and nowhere to go, the family was forced to take the apartment as it’s.

In March 2011 the agent and landlord advised the Ofumes to pay more money to enable them fix the multiple defects and the Ofumes paid additional money. One company which alleged that its name is “Uroy Construction Co.” (Cambridge, MA) came to replace one of the windows but before it started work, the staff told the Ofumes that the landlord requested them to demand labour costs from the Ofumes. The Ofumes refused and the compay left.

Ofumes realized that the landlord and her agent are not alone and people above (mayor and others) must be behind the cloud of the scene. At this point, the Ofumes filed complaints with the Department of Health and Human Services (Inspectional Service) and The Massachusetts Northeast Housing Court, Lawrence, MA and in support of their complaint, they filed several interlocutory motions and served all parties. Several citations were issued, civil to criminal citations without compliance enforcement. The landlord and the mayor of the City of Lynn, used money to spoil the court and Inspectional Service.

The Court abandoned the Ofumes case and took landlord’s Complaint for Possession and Eviction. The Court also ignored Motion for Stay of landlord’s complaint which was duplicated and new and placed landlord’s case in XFAST TRACK under Summary Process Proceeding within less than one month eviction and possession. The Judge through purported housing “specialist” issued eviction/possession before kangaroo proceeding or hearing by housing specialist. The court used non-monetized means to recover peanut or about $5,500.00 of the family’s claim of over $6million.

1. Effective May 31, 2011 sequel settlement of this case (EXHBIT “A”) , Applicant and his family mobilized themselves in several directions thus, almost across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in search of apartment and several apartments were found.

Over five (5) apartments were negotiated and confirmed as being suitable but current landlord or Respondent portrait Applicant and his family as unfit and untrue background was released to these landlords and fatally discouraged intended landlord from renting out apartment to the Applicant and his family.

3. Shortlist (Reduction of Document Act) of the apartments and the list negotiated and confirmed and general list and later destroyed by the Respondent are hereto attached or listed below with their particulars and fully incorporated and marked EXHIBITS “B” and “C”. WHEREFORE, the A requests that this Honourable Court grant my Motion, due failure of the landlord to respect para 10 of the SPA, constitutional and bill of right values in the United States to render six children and two adults homeless because they have money to rent apartment but the heartless conduct of the landlord aborts this rights to be inside the roof. Bush and other Patriot Act actors and ancient racist laws are still in-force, credit companies have escalated their discriminatory service delivery and must be reviewed or totally eliminated because they are disruptive to the performance of the COMMONWEALTH OF AMERICA.

Under the work of LIMPT, INC. (EDUCATION & WORKFORCE PROJECT) several physical test cases were applied to discover the INNER CYCLE of these modern credit companies. Individuals and families volunteered and these credit companies ran red light.

This article is created from reports written from research and investigation in North America and Europe. It is posted to advice onlookers directing unsure attention on poverty and wealth in America between whites and non-whites.

Before this article americans and non-americans may have read propaganda relating to the outrage that welfare and poverty are choice of the Blacks and other non-whites. This claim is highhanded fallacy to cloud history of poverty and welfare and how they started in America and embedded in the time to time lifeline of certain of people in Africa. Several others who became rich, is there any proof that they had worked harder than other americans who are poor. The answer is No.

US Lecturers, researchers and other scholars failed to do serious work to discover and disclose policies and practices which developed and expanded non-white poverty/welfare, and the role of the credit companies in implementing this ugly action and solution in American society. In reviewing the poverty of able men and women in America, first touch of an eye would point at education, employment, housing, banks, credit companies (plastic cards) and related providers in office to grant economic empowerment sources and resources.

Without hiding truth, in majority of the incidents of poverty and welfare in these communities, the incident are hereditary and created instantly to expand the whites’ access to right to education, jobs, better housing, credit facilities and other better services for the whites.

The credits companies referenced, are in major part of the operating tools and creators to realize welfare and poverty in these communities. These credit companies are heartless in scoring and awarding credit scores to non-whites because more poverty and welfare are automatically more better life for the whites.

More poverty and welfare are more chances for better life for the whites to the extent that mere telephonic hearsay of hate person is used to establish bad credit for non-whites to block victims access to right to intended services, retrievably such recovered services becomes surplus for whites.

Secretly, these companies have used secret imposition of bad credit on these non-white communities to deny them services (education, jobs, urban, mixed and suburban housing, etc.).

Hereditary conditions (poor and rich) have deeply found place in the lives of families, men, women and children to the extent, that white men , families, women and children have inherited parents good credits scored with/without merit and they (whites) use the credits to revamp any sudden bad credit that may occur in their lives.

For example, starting business, buying homes, renting apartment, securing education and business loan/bursary, etc are pointers to this horror in the United States. Publishers have advised the government of America to create community by community commonwealth to close this wide poverty and welfare cartel.

Recovery.gov program is best chance to close this gap including creating better urban and mixed urban schools, jobs, housing, etc. Suburban or better schools are for the majority of whites and applicants must be white or have good credit and jobs to attend these schools. Worst part is that suburban schools are secured for the whites by denying non-whites rights to rent apartment and buy home in these communities. Majority of the new and old urban, suburban and mixed urban housing (including purported section 8) is owned and managed by the whites. Without good credits which are created or manufactured by these credit companies, renting or buying of these houses/apartments is impossible. .After the credit score battle, another battle is landlords’ conditions which are based on color and race. To rent to non-whites in suburban community, some white landlords requested for over 42 pages of different documents and other conditions which extreme few non-whites would provide.

Careful review of the credit target by these companies inside and outside the United States focuses on politics and controlled by “senior” political bloc to impoverish “minor” political bloc. In both ancient and modern times, these companies are created to destroy and impoverish non-whites.

Take careful reflection back prior to the sitting of these new credit companies and another look on whites and black slave trades and abolition of the two versions of slavery (12/05/1864) in the United States; Re. 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States. The weight of the “Emancipation Proclamation” of President Lincoln 1863 did what for the Blacks and other people of color? Expert below said NOTHING. Majority of the presidents of America inside and outside the abolition and emancipation era did nothing to create desegregated and equitable economies where all the peoples in the nation of America have unrestricted right to education, employment, housing, etc.

21st Century in the United States the large disparity between WHITE and BLACK Slaves (15TH , 16TH 17TH , 18TH, etc centuries,) time to time started before and after the abolition of slavery to the extent that 13th amendment and “emancipation proclamation.” Free whites turned their faces heaven and earth and back to them for themselves (slave and free whites) and they (whites) accepted white slaves and closed and destroyed slavery records (including sanction to teach, discuss, publish, etc records on the whites slave trade and slavery, and gave them (freed white slaves) agro-seeds, fertile farm land, money, etc. Now the highest disclosure of white slaves is replacement of the word “slave” with “indentured Servant”. They (free and slave whites) came together and established strong and waterproof theory of exclusion and marginality of the people they called “OTHERS.”

The conditions of the white slaves and slavery are over 98% opposite to conditions of the black slaves and slavery. Extreme majority of the black slaves and free blacks were rejected and placed in conditions worst than real time slaves including branding them delinquent, insolvent being, disable and unintelligent men/women/children to engage in post slavery economic activities. These ancient credit companies approved same flow of money and other services for former white slaves and free whites.
