Misunderstanding of the trail through this long period may lead to calling for different or alternative plan such as amnesty (tactical genocide), end to struggle, etc.


Less than realization of what the people of Niger Delta demand and end to struggle are success of genocide in the Niger Delta Nation and captivity of the people and natural resources of the Niger Delta.


Reason that the on-going struggle can not stand or continue forever,  IHRRG/IHRRC/ ASSOCIATES call for draft  timelime and time table to the nation of Nigeria to implement the demand of the people and nation of the Niger Delta. Failure to implement their demand, the Niger Delta Region will secede as autonomous independent state.


MEND, NIGER DELTA NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LIBERATION FORCES and score of others, desire credit because without them the on-going genocide to claim natural resources would have been sealed and fully executed; less than 5% physical social and economic development, and  vice-president and president hail from the Niger Delta would not have been earned (notwithstanding that the former vice-president and present president of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan is stooge answerable to the western nations in absolute detriment to the people and nation of Nigeria); etc.


The worst thing President Jonathan  and his former employer, Umaru Yar'adua have conceded to  allow the west to design mass murder plan called amnesty but unfortunately the plan crashed half-way and unsuccessful to attaining any useful point.  All the victims who were deceived to accept amnesty must be cautious because all the leaders  and their vices must be carefully eliminated followed by the floor members because the president and his masters have no trust in themselves and others.


Western nations have no friends and all relationships are not based on TRUST because they erroneously believe in the dynamics of the mind and emerging adverse change against their economic interest and means of livelihood. The most acclaimed african friend of the western nations is Chief MKO Abiola and  his elimination was based on the trust he bestowed on his friends. Chief  Abiola and his wife Chief Kudirat Abiola have deep love for Canada and United States of America. People of the nation of Niger Delta treat the people of the western nations with open mind and kindness.


In the United States and Canada, leaders and other politicians brand Dr. Phillip C. Ofume one of the last few straws in the Niger Delta Nation and must be eliminated. The meaning of this plan is that majority of the children, men and women must be eliminated to give way for complete takeover of the entire human and natural resources in this nation (The Niger Delta).


 In the United States, Dr. Ofume and his family are snactioned from buying and renting home/apartment, and access to right to employment/self-employment, receive donation, get services,  bank and other accounts permanently blocked, etc. Dr. Ofume and his family are moving from hotel to hotel in the United States as path to exhaust  their pocket to destroy this great family.  This visible vicious  part of the on-going genocide created by the west and supported by the President of Nigeria and his government against the people of the Niger Delta. To justify this cruelty or genocide, few citizens of the Niger Delta Nation are allowed freedom to success in the United States as path to attain the same point.




December 19, 2003 - present, Canada seized and continually hold possession of Dr. Ofume's  home (8 Edwin Ford Court Bedford, Nova Scotia Canada  B4A 4B6), goods, properties and cash valued over $11million. The peoples and nations of  Nigeria and Niger Delta are not proned to carry out this type of mistreatment against innocent people in their nations. Dr. Ofume and his family applied for passport to leave the United States, the government of America refused to issue passports.
