Across America, directly and indirectly  heartless whites control HUD, are extreme majority of the landlords and real estate companies, credit companies, credit union, etc.  In greater part to control these systems is not by hardwork and anything driven by skill but limited to traditional  color and race alliance and cartel.


This article is another eye-opener to anti-RECOVERY.GOV and other recovery stimulus package of the present sitting government of America.


 Expert findings uncovered reason why non-white americans with money to pay rent or buy home drift into homelessness.  Reasons found are mismanagement of the commonwealth of the United States ( education, employment, money, entire housing system  or HUD and other habitat stake, etc) is controlled by the whites; fraudulent color and race base credit reporting to deter the progress of non-whites; etc.


After all documentary and several other showings (specially reserved for non-whites) before the landlords/real estate agents (income, pay stubs, work and employers' certification, social security, several references, criminal record, citizenship and immigration, birth certificate, passport, ID, driver's license, bank/credit accounts, education, lease qualifications, etc) to proof eligibility to pay rent/mortgage and maintain the intended apartment or home, these racist credit companies become "final judge" and recommend who would be granted credit to rent apartment and purchase home. After all these exhaustive showings, issues of urban, suburban and mixed urban locations take another high priority because these credit companies and landlords/real estate agents will not allow non-whites to rent/buy apartment/home in urban and part of mixed urban communities because of access to right to good education and housing facilities reserved for only whites across the United States.


Non-whites with good credits are reported bad credit in secret note to landlords and real estate agents.   In Publishers discovery work, 47 of 50 whites landlords hate to rent/sale apartment/home to earned and intended large black families,  educated black families,  black family with children (age: 1 - 17  years), black families in search for further education and deny other non-whites because of their color and the trump up credit report issued by the credit companies. The rental/mortgage applications facilitate this discriminatory denial because the applications give signal to the credit companies and landlords. Telephone, open house and names are used to discover white and non-white.


Publishers investigated the landlords/real estate agents  of the four bedroom apartments in Massachusetts and other states and found that white family (7-8) applied after the Blacks had applied for the same four bedroom apartment.  Under the secret collaboration between the landlords/real estate agents  and these credit companies, poor credit was issued against the black family to stop the black family from renting  the apartment.


During round up and crackdown investigation and research, Experian and a black family were selected without disclosure during the process  to do  the credit check of this family with target pointing at one apartment locator who retain TransUnion as their credit checker and certifier. A white real agent was used to conduct full credit check through Experian without the color and race of the family. On July 31, 2011 after the credit check on two black (reserved) adults in this family, Experian found that their credit  scores were okay and will be accepted officially by any landlords and real estate agents and copies were printed out and issued.


Less than 48 hours or August 2-3, 2011, comes TransUnion and the two blacks (reserved) were enrolled for Credit check for same purpose  and four bedroom apartment. A community rental agency (white) was placed on the cross credit check excise and target apartment located at 10 Lawton Avenue (city reserved) and over-levied for $1,400.00 without utilities. The white agency said that they would rent based on the advise issued by TransUnion.  This agency refused to take the report prepared and issued by Experian on July 31, 2011.  Same credit check technique is used by Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. Each time they enter into secret reporting to the real estate agents and landlords. They command them to dig into secured closure and secretly, TransUnion advised the community real estate to deny the family's rental application and both the real estate agents and TransUnion refused to disclose copies of the secret report. The victims have right to the report and appeal.


Credit reporting of these companies is racist and horribly fraudulent. Severally, some whites have taken pride of the reckless  activities of using telephone to act as landlords/real estate and damaged the credit of the people they hate. Several people have been denied services and destroyed by this racist approach to credit finding and reporting.



In the State of Georgia, the Landlord doing casual  real estate  outside the state and these credit companies did the worst harm to make Blacks loss their children  to the DCF/DSS. The landlord of this round of  four bed room apartment (name and location reserved) saw Black family and placed scaring rental rate  of $1,350.00/month without utilities and imposed initial compulsory down payment as follows:


a.   First month rent.........................................................................................$1,350.00
b.   Security deposit..........................................................................................$1, 350.00
c.   Last month rent.............................................................................................$1,350.00
Total payment before move-in.........................................................................  $3,050.00


Punitively, the black family must pay this amount in full and by money order to create cash in pocket and also enable the landlord elude the rapt of IRS tax return. The worst drama emerged when the black family respected the above rules and desires to pay $3,050.00, the landlord said that the credit company advised him not to rent out the apartment to these Blacks.


White landlords in Massachusetts use the racial strategy of  leaded/unleaded, frequent bathing, and number of family members (6 - 8 or six and two parents) to deny them four bedroom apartment to pave way for homelessness and the Department of Children and Families or Social Services (DCF or DSS) to seize  their children and destroy the nuclear and extended families. Several states approve four or three bedrooms as being sizable for  this number of family.


All the cases which  Publishers reported to compliance agencies (US and State human rights commission), Ofume v. Harvard University, Maureen Ofume  v. American Red Cross, etc remain stocked.


Apart from the corrupt conduct of these credit  companies  reported, reporting of the debts owed by several whites are not reported to enable them continue to use hidden bad credit as good credit to take business and non-business monies from the banks and other financial institutions. Even if  the landlords


Better description for these credit companies and landlords  is CRIMINAL and cartel to destroy innocent children, men and women. A Black  Family (reserved) found over 340 apartments for rent and 16 homes for sale. Several of these buildings have been vacant and open for over one year and  wasting away.  Even if the properties are acquired by personal money, in the United States where several people with money to rent or buy apartment or buy home are homeless, these real estate agents, landlords, credit unions, banks, etc have no right to allow these properties waste away. They have no rights to rasise price at will and make the properties unaffordable. In the United States under the racist collaboration with the credit companies several banks and credit unions demand over 10% -  25% down payment from non-whites and go into secret room to issue different rate for the whites.


 As if the banks or  lenders are not collecting the mortgage, city is not collecting taxes, etc these landlords and real estate agents failed to rent/sale, these properties to renters and buyers.  These landlords and real estate companies off-record informed Publishers
