Majority of the treatments on AIDS/HIV is dangerious and used as delay tactics to kill as many as possible in the target communities. Cure medications are located in USA,  Mexico, Russia, etc. We (Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume/HRRG/LIMPT,INC/IHRRC/ASSOCIATES) have requested the governments of Russia and Cuba for help to  continue their work in this direction (cure medication). On-going treatments are harmful and criminal.


WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THE EFFORTS BELOW IS STATED ABOVE


Recognizing that AIDS/HIV are manmade and poisons created by some western colonial nations for economic, social, political and cultural purposes  to eliminates the people they hate and economically and politically designed as genocide techniques to eliminate africa's and et als' human resources as path to take and control their natural resources and expand western homeland's development and prosperity.



 Here below and above come the role our NGOs and associates  have played since 1980s. We were very angry that some oil/gas and other natural resources paranoid western nations have poisoned africa/africans. Early 80s we informed african leaders about the dangerous action of the west particularly secret service researchers who claimed university lecturers and micro-biologists and orthodox scholars in medicine that were allowed unchecked into several areas in Africa. These folks injected AIDS/HIV into several domesticated animals and other elements.



 Under this aggressive work, on Sept. 11, 2004 we led international experts, scholars and mass people in the world to declare STATE OF EMERGENCY IN AFRICA ON AIDS/HIV and we found cure in US and Mexico and President George W. Bush led campaign against the project and lobbied President Olusegun Obasanjo and his gov ( about $200million issued to Nigeria to engage in dangerous treatment activity) and  all those gold diggers in African Union and convinced them with the initiative on treatment which is also harmful as AIDS/HIV because this dangerous treatment brings billion of dollars to the pharmaceutical industries which is profit household for the west; harm pregnant women and their born/unborn babies; etc. This evil campaign led to the death of some microbiologists because they are behind our good initiatives.

 Dear Sir or Madam:

FIRST MEDICAL AND SCIENTIFIC INVENTION: CURE FOR AIDS AND HIV DISCOVERED

LETTER OF INQUIRY - FUNDING PROPOSAL FOR THE MASS PRODUCTION OF THE CURE FOR AIDS AND HIV TO SERVE AFRICA, ASIA, EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST, NORTH AMERICA, SOUTH AMERICA, ETC.


1.   Notice to Financiers/Grantors:

a.            The on-going inquiry is particularly directed to whom it may concern and be treated as an emergency and urgent inquiry in consideration of the scaring daily record of mass death in Africa.  If your bank, organization, agency and related financier or grantor is interested in funding the project for profit or humanitarian basis, please respond to this letter within 72 hours from the date of the receipt of the letter. Soon as the response is received okaying funding of the project, the Host and Representatives will send detail professional funding proposal to the intended grantors/financiers.  Emergency meeting has been initiated in late November 2004 between the Host and Representatives and African Leaders through the African Union.


b.             Since the birth of AIDS and HIV and devastating effect on human, the device, which was selected on October 19, 2004, out of 23 scientific inventions submitted across the world for consideration is the FIRST AND ONLY OUTSTANDING CURE invented by scientists and scientific inventors, which has capacity to cure or eliminate AIDS and HIV permanently in human body.

c. The device is insoluble and it remains embedded in tissues as free molecules and as microscopic aggregates. The particle surface acts as supra oxidation-reduction catalyst that cleans the body of viral activity without causing any unwanted long-term and short-term side effects.

d.             The Continental State of Emergency condition, which entered into force in Africa on September 11, 2004, has undermined lengthy process or call for bidding. In place of this, direct selection has been approved by the International Councils/Committees based on the weight of the qualification of the intended applicants (grantors/financiers).

e.            The set condition on profitability is that all national and international governmental and non-governmental AIDS and HIV organizations and agencies will purchase the devices from the Host and its Representatives and the agreed capital/interest repaid to the financiers/grantors.

f.             All the continents mentioned above have indicated interest to purchase the device.


2.   Specimen Treatment/Cure Prior to Funding:

a.           All financiers/grantors desiring to fund the project are permitted to recommend one full blown out AIDS/HIV Patient with Positive Test certificate to receive free treatment/cure.

b.         The Scientists/Inventors/Chemists have agreed to mass-produce the devices in accordance with the international humanitarian legislation affordable to governmental and non-governmental AIDS and HIV organizations and agencies including poor nations and peoples.


3.  Fact of the Research/Invention of the Cure:

a.         Effective the 11th Day of September 2004, the INTERNATIONAL NETWORK FOR PEACE AND DEVELOPMENT IN AFRICA (NIPAD) and member NGOs worldwide declared CONTINENTAL STATE OF EMERGENCY in AFRICA.  Thereafter, they introduced EMERGENCY RESOLUTION at the United Nations and also submitted same to countries, NGOs, etc. The complete texts of the Resolution and Continental State of Emergency have been served on you and the same located at www.nipad.org.za.

b.         The decision leading to the Declaration of State of Emergency in Africa is embedded in the conclusion of over five years direct discovery examination, research, investigation and inspection in Africa on AIDS and HIV all of which was entered into

humanitarianly in accordance with the United Nation Universal Declaration of Human Rights (December 10, 1948) Article 1 (et al).


c.               In Africa the NIPAD and member NGOs encountered face to face, the scourge and horror of AIDS and HIV with shock, stress and overwhelming trauma after seeing and reviewing uncountable deaths, dying bodies, scare imbued life threatening illnesses and the drifting of entire people and continent towards AIDS and HIV base extinction and genocide conditioned in the nature of total human cleansing, never seen in human society and history.



d.             With the knowledge and anticipation that there is cure somewhere, an immediate and unconditional interrogatory was issued on several scientists and leaders worldwide. The question sounded as, “ is it possible to give reason on human, economic ,social, civil, political and legal policy decisions such as  to allow innocent children, men and women to drift towards total extinction”.

e.            In different testimonies, several scientists and inventors agreed to answer this question and proffer solution, if NIPAD and member NGOs would assure them of unlimited confidentiality, protection and secured closure.  Variously, they settled around one crucial point, which is that there is cure, but overwhelmed in an alarming fear to speak out. They promised to cure any patients with AIDS and HIV in as much as NIPAD and member NGOs are ready to keep their names and other particulars off media and related information system.

f.            Soon as protection, confidentiality and firm closure were promised and followed by the explosive confession by several scientists that AIDS or HIV did not originate from Primates (Monkeys), several other scientists joined the discussion which expanded to,  an INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE FORUM. The forum operated under extreme anonymity and proceeded softly and sometimes violent because of the mixture of dissident and non-dissident AIDS and HIV scientists/inventors.

g.             Notwithstanding this mud throwing, the forum earned professional interaction and latter-time agreement on major issues relating to the existence of cure for AIDS and HIV and that AIDS and HIV are POISON and MANMADE. This type of agreement has never existed in the past including all international conferences, seminars, lectures, symposia, and related gathering on AIDS and HIV discussions.

h.             The NIPAD and member NGOs moved the international discussion to progress stage which is call for submission on invented, certified, tested, regulated, and patented or approved medical and scientific devices to eliminate AIDS and HIV. At this point, both the dissident and non-dissident AIDS and HIV scientists/inventors agreed to submit their inventions, which were kept secret because of the political lobby by certain pharmaceutical companies that are supplying poisonous or dangerous drugs to AIDS and HIV victims.

i.             After these debates, 23 scientists and their scientific inventions were selected without publication. The capacity basis for AIDS and HIV cure was trimmed down to between 5 minutes to 3 days. Another imposition was issued to administer the cure

devices on patients with full-blown AIDS or HIV as on-the-spot test exercise. The inventors that have invented, certified, tested, regulated, and patented or approved medical and scientific devices to eliminate AIDS and HIV with duration of 5 minutes to 3 days were six (6).

4.      Financiers/Grantors -  Reselling and Profitability Strategies at Glance

a.    In Africa due to the emergency conditions in force at present, administration and distribution of the cure will be carried out under humanitarian assistance plan, which will be implemented, by national and international governmental and non-governmental AIDS and HIV organizations and agencies through the implementing Host and its Representatives.

b.   Under international humanitarian fund for AIDS and HIV Governments will be granted license to purchase and distribute the cure within the country without right to export the allocation to other countries and the agencies of these countries.

c.   African governments have been advised to submit list of the current (2004/2005) AIDS and HIV patients. The deadline for this submission is November 30, 2004.
