NIGERIA : DEMOCRACY 1999 - PRESENT, EXECUTIVES WITHOUT JUDICIARY AND WITH VACUUM OF CHECK AND BALANCE

Within this long period there is no progress in federal democracy because cooking electoral process under foreign assistance and emerging with criminals or looters is not democracy. Lawmakers, executives and system of government are like babies, robbots, and toys.
The fatal problem is the god-like power of the executives and the vulnerability of the human rights movement to use local laws to amend the Constitution of Nigeria and battle these criminals that have intimidated, killed and starved living nigerians and enriched themselves and their foreign allies or foreign nations, governments, politicians and economies.
Somehow, closely dissent with the further readings below in small piece that election of the executives has been about astentation or good life and enjoyment via looting or stealing and range of uncontrolled self acclaimed appropriation and how to rely ob volunteers to use the judicial system to force restrain on them to stop this lawlessness.
In Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume's government if elected 2015 would start by dismantling several parts of the constitution of Nigeria to remove and reduce the powers of the executives and other arms of the government and to enable the NATIONAL UNION FOR NEW FEDERATION OF NIGERIA (NUF) emerge to establish real, modern and workable federal union to float human and humane government which the world will see as example of and examplary constitutional federalism where a union of federating entities will exist and equitably governed the first time.
Structurally, the present and past governments were like snail elephant because of over-size ministries. Dr. Ofume intends to half the present number of ministries and place the entire nation into active governable motion where the five tier system of government will have functional physical outlook without struggle to check and balance day to day activities of the ruler and ruled.
Come to America to see nonsense where one entity (white) of the several federating entities takes over 95% of the COMMONWEALTH OF AMERICA and leave others to slowly die of starvation and physical and psychological tortures and run the government into the dust thus, earning over $14.5 trillion of domestic and foreign debts which if care is not taken would be path to future starvation, recession and depression.
