DCF/DSS, USA:  CHILD ABDUCTION AND DISAPPEARANCE


RE.  LETTER OF DCF  DATED 08/27/2012  STATED, "The Foster Care Review which was scheduled for 9/17/2012 at 1.30 P.M.  at the Park Street Area Office has been canceled as Jillian has not been in the custody of the Department of Children and Families since 5/29/2012."

1.  Furthermore, we are writing to you now 4.55 a.m. (09/03/2012) because it is over 48 hours when we received this tearful and horrifying letter from your sub-district office in Dorchester, MA and we have called you and your staffs and all of you as usual feel that you are above the law and with the immunity to remove any child and sell them to children merchants called foster and adoptive parents who use these children as their money making machine to build empire inside and outside the United States.

2.   Criminally,  since May 29, 2012 when the Subject child died or missing or stolen or adducted by criminal you did not inform the biological parent, Mrs. Ogechi Eke and her Church's Pastor (The Fountain of Grace Church) or Mrs. Eke's extended family in Nigeria and United States.  We are giving you up to September 3, 2012 at 10.00 a.m. to render account of the whereabout of this child because failure we will request for your arrest by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and tag you and your department internationally as clandestine criminals.


 3.  The corrupt Presiding Judge, Attorney and staff of DCF (including the commissioner) which we have filed complaint to remove via administrative process and proceeding are aware that the Subject Child has been in danger and that the foster parents are suspected to be drugging the  child, and affirmatively by direct discovery examination using the Subject Child for heineous and harsh indentured child labor and make her education to go down almost to zero strand.

4.     Mrs. Eke a highly educated (graduate of Nigerian University and in the United States a final year Parmacy student) single mother designed one of the best world  formal and informal teaching and learning curricula which enable the Subject Child to read grades 5-8 books at the age of 4 or 5 and as result subject Child excelled to the top and earned several merit awards in Mathematics, Reading, Writing, etc and the Department of Education was ready to jump her promotion from K age to grade 2 or 3. Under this corrosive corrupt in the Boston Juvenile Court, on August 24, 2012 at 9.00 a.m. The Hon. Presiding Judge Paul Lewis denied Mrs. Eke's Motion for Self-representation or Pro se and denied our Intervenor Status and removed us and over 30 supprters of Mrs. Eke from the courtroom to create and proceed under full SECRET COURT. After this Judge has removed us and the supporter and other people in the court, the Judge started to brain wash and used several tactics to force her to accept the lawyer/attorney which he (Judge) will impose on her. Based on the letter referenced and the conduct of the Judge, attorneys and certain court officials, we suspect that the child may have died and the DCF planned to assassinate Mrs. Eke to seal the death of her child. For example, few days ago, some murderers who were looking for Mrs. Eke used sharp object to slash her car tires because they were not able to gain entrance into the secured apartment where Mrs. Eke lives.


5.   As usual or peculiar to the condition of the SMART/GIFTED/TALENTED/A/A+/B+ non-whites in the United States, DCF targeted this excellence and in the year 2011 several relatives of Mrs. Eke died in Nigeria and Mrs. Eke and the subject child decided to travel to Nigeria to attend these burials and they bought flight tickets with connecting voyage US, Canada and Nigeria to Abuja. There is travel restriction on Mrs. Eke and no lien placed on the subject Child. Mrs. Eke's attorney Amy Geary was informed and Mrs. Eke requested confidentiality but Mrs. Eke's attorney sold the information to DCF and DCF followed Mrs. Eke and the Subject Child path of their trip and in Canada they were stopped and removed from the aircraft and returned to the United States because DCF told the airliners that Mrs. Eke will not have food to give to the Subject Child in Nigeria

5.  Less than 24 hours sequel their forcible deportation back to the US as usual DCF came before its adopted presiding judge and shouted, CHILD IN DANGER!,  CHILD IN DANGER!! CHILD IN DANGER !!! swiftly this corrupt judge issued less than 24 hours NOTICE TO APPEAR on Mrs. Eke and Subject Child and Mrs. Eke freely came to court with her child without fear that attending burial ceremony is a crime in the United States but horribly the Subject Child was seized and removed by the DCF since 2011 and over 48 hours ago the heart breaking news Mrs. Eke and Nigerians are receiving is as follows:

6.    Per the tune and meaning of this letter, Mrs. Ogechi Eke, Intervenors and  Nigerians across the world are alarmed because this case or Subject Child triggers their interest since September 30, 2004 when DCF and its child merchants called foster parents forcibly removed this child few minutes when she was born.


7.    Then in 2004 the reason for removing this child was that Mrs. Ogechi Eke who had post-natal problem spoke American English with Igbo Nigerian accent and the racists in the hospital constructed the accent as "YELLING AND LOUD" and called the DCF and as usual in non-whites community in the United States Psychiatric assessment and evaluation was falsefully recommended as path to seize or adopt the children of non-whites most specially the SMART/GIFTED/TALENTED/A/A+/B+ non-white children and distabilize the parents and their nuclear family because whites think that the stability and education of non-white families will take their jobs and other means of livelihood. The DCF and the nurses did not help Mrs. Eke and swiftly and instantly they drugged Mrs. Eke and put her to sleep for over 24 hours and at level of unconsciousness and deep sleep, DCF abducted her child.


8.     September 2004 - present,  The Hon.  Presiding Justice Paul Lewis, Attorneys, DCF and several covert agents set up organized spies, harassment, bullying and other detractors around Mrs. Eke to disrupt and impede Mrs. Eke's access to right to education (including disrupting her Pharmacy studies at final year) , job (use co-workers to harass her in every workplace), other services,  etc across the United States all of which are set up to complete deceptive process to remove the children of non-whites in the United States particularly the SMART/GIFTED/TALENTED/A/A+/B+ non-whites children.
