REMOVAL OF IMMUNITIES UNDER THE GOVERNMENT OF DR.
PHILLIP CHUKWUMA OFUME TO REALIZE DEVELOPED ECONOMIES OF NIGERIA

All
Progressive Congress (APC) is a full time Government of Change and Government
that will establish new and exemplary NEW FEDERAL UNION OF
NIGERIA to
remove the past, present, and future pains, hardship and related adverse
challenges which Nigerians have suffered and will suffer.
PRESIDENT, DIPLOMAT, GOVERNOR,
SENATOR & HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE, LGA CHAIRMAN/WOMAN, CORPORATE BODY AND VERTICAL/HORIZONTAL CROSS SECTIONS OF
NIGERIANS will be affected and
actionable because we are equal before Allah/God.
Dr. Phillip C. Ofume & Associates and
International Endowment for Democracy & Transparency (TEID) further reclaim in this constitutional amendment that
this waiver of immunity extend to power to the court, panel, commission,
tribunal, arbitrator and related bench of record to summon ALL NIGERIANS and
NON-NIGERIANS without exemption. Removal
of immunity is effective or in-force less than one minute from time of taking oath
of office or standing out as adult and juvenile of Nigeria and non-Nigeria domicile in the sovereign territory of Nigeria.
Nigeria and Nigerians and
non-nigerians have lost their money and properties because of all these
UNQUALIFIED IMMUNITIES. It is fruitless
to start chasing or hunting for these thieves after they have exited office and
mess up exhibits, evidence and other information which will help the intended prosecution
and conviction.
1989-2012 per an outstanding investigative research, discovery examination, and focus group
findings, they found that Nigerians and
Nigeria will stop looting and repatriation of public and other funds, eliminate
bribery and corruption, stop mismanagement,
lobbying, eliminate poverty and starvation,
and focus on how to realize developed economies of Nigeria by removal of
immunities enjoyed by the PRESIDENT, DIPLOMAT, GOVERNOR, SENATOR & HOUSE OF
REPRESENTATIVE, LGA CHAIRMAN/ WOMAN, CORPORATE BODY AND VERTICAL/HORIZONTAL CROSS SECTIONS OF
NIGERIANS and move rapidly towards
public fund check, balance and control ; equity and transparency in providing services
under the multi-cultural/religion/ethnic/party politics/ federalism of Nigeria;
etc.
