OBAMA ET ALS: BIG NONSENSE TO REQUEST RUSSIA PEACE MILITARY TO WITHDRAW FROM UKRAINE

International communities praised the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and Government of Russia  for the timely action in Ukraine to save this country from rolling or drifting  into extended bloodshed. What permission is relevant under civil liberty campaign when there is eminent threat on life and property. Practically and humanely None.  President of Russia Vladimir Putin and Government of Russia  should not withdraw from Ukraine and they may after stability must have been assured handover transition to further peace to the United Nations.

Some countries in Europe, European Union and NATO think they are the only entities that have rights to intervene militarily to make peace and  protect national and citizens interest.  1960s – present, some countries in Europe, European Union, NATO and their allies such as UK, USA, Italy, NATO, etc have deliberately steered conflict and instability and carried out unlawful direct and indirect military and non-military incursions in Vietnam, Japan, Nigeria, Syria, Yugoslavia, Sudan, Congo, Erithrea, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Egypt, etc and killed millions of innocent children, men and women purposely to protect their own personal and national interest without permission from the United Nations. Only few leaders were convicted under Rome Convention and other conventions on war crime, crime against humanity and crimes on violation of social, economic, political, racial, ethnic, religion and civil rights.

Emphasis is more on war, conflict, jump in fire power, personal interest and related selfish policies and practices more that elimination of poverty and sustainable development programs. (http://www .globalfirepower.com/).

Past and present actions by some EU and NATO nations in the Soviet Union and post-Soviet Union are solely manipulative because of selfish economic, political and social interests of some  NATO and EU without the interests of the Soviet Union and post-Soviet Union and people of the Soviet Union and post-Soviet Union.

The Soviet state was born in 1917 with 15 republics and under the usual westernized personal economic, political and social  interests without people’s interest and demagogic manipulation and deceit, these great union was manipulated and destroyed and caused cold war and lingered bloodshed which stayed  up to palace and peaceful coup d’etat on “…Christmas Day 1991, the Soviet flag flew over the Kremlin in Moscow for the last time. A few days earlier, representatives from 11 Soviet republics (Ukraine, the Russian Federation, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan) met in the Kazakh city of Alma-Ata and announced that they would no longer be part of the Soviet Union. Instead, they declared they would establish a Commonwealth of Independent States.”

What Ukraine want  without economic, social, political and civil frontier and  interactive economic, social and political  development because of discrimination and restriction in the European Union and the paraonoid in viewing the political, economic, social and civil ideologies of OTHERS particularly the socialist and communist international community. Several of the breakaway 11 Soviet republics carried on the vibrant Soviet Union development spirit into the European Union and used this spirit to help some of  the Europeans and EU nations grow and also countries from the former and inside Soviet Union are rated in global economies as follows:

Very High Human Development:

•  Lithuania: 0.818
•  Latvia: 0.814

High Human Development:

•  Belarus: 0.793
•  Russia: 0.788
•  Kazakhstan: 0.754
•  Georgia: 0.745
•  Ukraine: 0.740
•  Azerbaijan: 0.734
•  Armenia: 0.729

Medium Human Development:

•  Turkmenistan: 0.698
•  Moldova: 0.660
•  Uzbekistan: 0.654
•  Kyrgyzstan: 0.622
•  Tajikistan: 0.622

If these 15 republics had remained in the former Societ Union and fight the global geo-economic, political, social and civil development and force some countries within the  EU and its allies to stay away from hate, discrimination, racism, and related intolerance on point of global trade or economic; political; religion; ethnic; and related ideology, the world would have developed far more than the present stages eroded with foreign and domestic debt and severe forms of poverty and saved millions of life and property lost in the on-going and endless racist war against state and non-state terrorism/terrorists.
