Union, EU, countries, North America, etc empire in Africa, Niger Delta, Nigeria, Angola, etc
is their own and other must be dissuaded to invest there by scare
mongering.
From trump up poor human and geo-environmental demography to trump up scare of volente crimes or civil
unrest and fee fraud or risky business environment are designed to scare other investors,
experts, immigrant, merchants, tourists, etc. across the world.
This how their small sense can go
as seasoned plan to maintain colonial territories
because this maintenance techniques are where their economic development and
prosperity lie from time to time. China and others are in control competitively
but these colonial decedents lack the
power to compete globally.
If competitors are encroaching
into their former colony the trigger of their mindset is allegations of bad
government in order to start war/conflict.
