Without consultation with the foreign agents and failure of the power to act alone in deciding the submissions of the disputants create failure of resolution of the crisis.

5.  Diverting the attention always centered on oil/gas sectors to agriculture, education, industry and human resources. No drop of Nigeria oil/gas will leave Nigeria without paid costs to Nigeria and sourcing regions.

8.     CONTEST FOR  BUSINESS IN NIGERIA VIA AFFIRMATIVE  PROGRAM - Americans and Canadians demand Affirmative Action in Nigeria's Oil/Gas and other sectors. The cryout which preferred presidential candidate 2015, Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume received is that they want American and Canadian  whites , Blacks, Hispanics, Indians (old and new), Arabs, Asians, etc to bid for contracts and other businesses.

9.     New Sio-economic policy and practice in Nigeria: Taxable Profit and non-profit corporations will be fully incorporated in the corporare affairs legislation of Nigeria and will be  refocused to become creator of business and jobs. In any country where there is similar protest and fails to apply affirmative action practices will be disqualified and they will be contract review and monitoring commission surpervised directly by the five tier system of government to realize equitable distribution of the Commonwealth of Nigeria.  Dr. Ofume has designed profit and non-profit contests in all sectors (education, industry, employment, healthcare, etc). Non-profit corporations must be assisted to open small, medium and big businesses to serve Nigerians base on the law empowering them.  Dr. Ofume want to create jobs in such high profile that each job seeker will have 1-5 jobs to chose from across Nigeria. There is over 86%  unused markets in Africa, Middle East,  South/Central Americas, Asia, etc to buy Nigerian goods and services. For example, globally majority of the countries have same opportunity but under-utilized and diverted to war/conflict. In Europe and North America, people are not supposed to be homeless, find food in the dustbin and die in bitter cold but bribery and corruption have overwhelmed the activity mindset of the leaders and people of these continents.

17.   FORMATION OF GOVERNMENT:  Dr. Ofume has designed Civilized Independent Non-Partisanship (GINC). The meaning of this new political stability and order is that his team will be selected without political alliance and other decoration. Lobby and related intolerance will be  0%  prohibit.

18.    Because of foreign and domestic contribution to INEC several good political movements were sanctioned and blocked from registration and appearing on ballot.  Under Dr. Ofume's  true democratic process, there will be no foreign, domestic and other contributors in money and other resources to INEC.  Independence of INEC must be 100% and the intended legislation must create independent budget and power to manage budget for INEC.
