Secretively, in the mind of the extreme majority of the whites across the United States, "...education which is route to these good things must not be given to non-whites because they (non-whites) will earn it to take our job and good life..."(Invisible Voice In U.S. Education - LIMPT, INC. - EDUCATION AND WORKFORCE PROJECT - 2009).
To achieve this invisible treaty, over 95% white teachers and administrators must be imposed on urban and suburban schools (non-whites schools, pre-k-12 and same trend in all tertiary institution). In urban and mixed urban schools governments of America try to overload the schools with fund to realize almost same standards as in suburban school but secretly under white to white organized conspiracy this fund is diverted to personal enjoyment and to empower white teachers/administrators' programs.
Teachers and administrators under mounted police system (also predominantly whites with cosmetic non-whites who are accepted to earn means of livelihood and engage in white designed special duties), non-white students and parents are excessively streamed, stereotyped, bullied, harassed, psychologically tortured and subjected to related intolerance stemming from torturous teaching under raw course program, homework, test and examination created to get low scores. In part this anti-education for all under NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND ACT (2001) and related legislation is enforced to cause mass disengagment or drop out from school and closure of urban and mixed urban schools.
Criminally, horribly and tearfully, some of these innocent students are branded psychiatric students based on the damaging and conspired incident reports manifactured by the school administrators, guidance/counselors, school nurses, police report, physicians, department of children and families (DCF) or department of social services (DSS), community/neighborhood agents/spies, etc.
In Massachusetts some districts or counties, Boston, Lynn, Brockton, etc two or three different school systems or classification is created to conduct psychiatric evaluation or decorated otherwise and called learning disability school or special education center. These are students who were normal prior to admission to these urban and mixed urban schools but destroyed by the teachers, administrators, mounted police, DCF or DSS, etc.
Majority of these students if re-evaluated by impartial expert and under racist free counseling environment, they (students) would be declared students who have no learning disability or psychiatric problem but students who are excessively streamed, stereotyped, bullied, harassed, psychologically tortured and subjected to related intolerance stemming from torturous teaching under raw course program, overloaded raw course or untaught homework, test and examination created to get low scores which cause anger and other bad state of mindset which may lead to many things in the life of the child, victim including drop out from school.
Some parents who are not strong enough to contain these cruelties against their children in school are victims and branded psychiatric patients as thoroughfare to seize their children by DCF or DSS or force the family to divorce and end of the custody battle for non-whites is also catastrophic because severally activist judges grant custody to the parents who may likely further destroy the student and force him/her to drop out from school or face the risk of being removed by the DCF or DSS based on the incident reports created by the DSS, teachers, administrators, school nurses, police, etc.
Few non-whites students who are in part selected agents to spy on their fellow non-whites are scored B or B+ or more and arrogantly empowered by the teachers, administrators and mounted police to do and undo. Same selection is used to maintain the oligarchy at tertiary institution level and support the decoration at the workplace to suppress advocacy.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Particularly, to cure these ills urban and mixed urban schools must be ran by community base or predominantly non-white teachers and administrators to enable non-whites excel pre-K - 12 and earn A/ A+ and B/B+ to ease path to tertiary level. Whether you are white or non-white affirmative or quota program will be removed to enable white and non-whites fight for admission in the 10-100 top ranking tertiary institutions. Then compliance and other equity legislation will be adequately enforced.
To increase and stabilize standards in urban, suburban and mixed urban schools, LIMPT, INC. & Associates, in-Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume found that "...LIMPT, INC. & Associates have recommended course by course standards assessment and evaluation pace setting to get high standards of education across all schools...to maintain high standards which is the goal of this plan, after school program or two-way learning per day will puts student on top... What's taught within one day must be revised and re-memorized within same day when memory is fresh to enable what taught stick and remembered continuously..."
In part U.S. Education (urban school and mixed urban school or predominantly non-whites schools) there is matchless impasse and this trend has been swept under the rug for several years as old as the birth of education in the United States of America. Globally, and across the United States, American urban and part of mixed urban schools are the worst place to send your non-white children to learn and acquire education. Suburban school is predominantly whites. Several non-whites that fought cold war to find themselives there pre-K-Tertiary suffered untold stress to earn earn education. "
