CONSPIRACY OF THREE ACADEMICALLY LOW PERFORMING/RACIST HIGH SCHOOLS, MA (HOLYOKE HIGH SCHOOL, LYNN CLASSICAL HIGH SCHOOL AND BROCKTON HIGH SCHOOL) TO IMPEDE SMART/GIFTED/TALENTED STUDENT-VICTIM, ISABELLE OFUME'S RIGHT TO UNIVERSITY EDUCATION (MEDICINE) - ON-GOING INVESTIGATION PENDING BEFORE STATE/FEDERAL DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND U.S. FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (FBI).
Re. Ms. Isabelle Ifeoma Ofume et als (Blacks and other non-whites)
I am responding to questions, concerns and comments arising out and which may arise near future from the University of Massachusetts Boston, universities/colleges, Dual Program Enrollment and allied institution/program of higher education.
I act under this capacity as the Co-ordinator of LIMPT, INC. and Parent of Ms. Isabelle I. Ofume, thus relating to vested and organized politicized teaching, administrative, test, exams, other school work malpractices and misconducts at Holyoke High School, MA; Lynn Classical High School and Brockton High School. Internationally, these schools are specimen case where non-white talented/gifted/smart/A/A+/B+ students are destroyed to stop them from pursuing educational career, grade 9 through tertiary level.
Shamefully, in these schools in purported multi-cultural/racial/color federation of America, over 98% white teachers and administrators are teaching and administering between 85% and 95% non-white students under TOP SECRET. To keep poor teachers and teaching afloat heavily armed police officers are mounted. Any questions as to poor teaching and imposed low scores anger teachers and administrators and they call police on the student to start a criminal record for the student to further stop the student's destination to right to education, employment, etc.

In these links you and other onlookers will see score of horrifying in-house tests and exams malpractices, fraud and related teaching and testing intolerance to get low or failing scores such as censorship of new or migrant student's information, lack of catchup program for new students, imcomplete test and exam scored F without adding other scores of the student , academically unfit teachers and poor teaching in core and other courses, Physics (Classical), English (Holyoke), Algebra 2 (Holyoke), Chemistry (Holyoke), US History II (Holyoke); Calculus (Brockton): new students -overload school year regular course syllabus with heavy summer readings and assignment to get low scores; new students - past work and imposed exams prior to the entrance into the school in breach of federal rules/regulations on migrant students credit accrual guidelines; test/exams on raw or untaught courses; etc. etc. etc.

Canada through the United States, Ms. Isabelle I. Ofume, has maintained excellent scholarship earning Honor/High Honor/A/A+/B+ in some of the best schools in Canada and USA until part of Grade 11 when Isabelle found her faith in very academically poor and weak urban schools where the political opponents of parents used the poverty encroaching the cities of Holyoke, Lynn and Brockton to unleash monetized captivity of the teachers and administrators at Holyoke High School, MA; Lynn Classical High School and Brockton High School. Parents, Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume and Mrs. Maureen Ngozi Ofume bid for the President of Nigeria past and 2015. Opposition is using all sort of unconstitutional/unlawful measures to stop these meritoral bids.
Effective September 2010 which is part of grade 11, under this moneyed action, poor teachers and administrators continued to influence themselves from Public School to Public School aimed at political program to use poor teaching and low scores, overloading students psychic with raw or untaught courses and imposed test/exams, harassment, bullying, etc to harvest low grade.
Isabelle and her siblings are smart/gifted/talented/A/A+/B+ students notwithstanding the racist conducts under urban school (non-white) conduct of poor schools and teaching, test/exams without prior teaching and lay off of scores.
We will appreciate the indulgence of external observers such as universities and colleges to remain impartial and fair and avoid using scores cooked at the poor schools mentioned above for any evaluatioin pending investigation, appeals and decision of the investigating or abjudicating bodies referenced and yet to emerge as these schools have lignage of politics, race and color alliance to lie and set disadvantage cloud on Isabelle's excellence earned from some of the best schools in Canada and United States.
The message posted below sent from the University of Massachusetts, Boston shows that this university has taken side with these poor schools without incorporating Isabelle's defense and reviewing her strong academic performance in some of the best schools in US and Canada (Riverbend High School, Fredericksburg, Virginia USA and Bedford South School, Bedford NS Canada).

I just wanted you to know that I received your application for Dual Enrollment. Can you help explain to me why your 1stquarter senior grades were very low? I am a bit concerned because you are struggling in English, Math, and History. Adding on more additional demanding college course this Spring 2012 might not be such a good idea. Can you explain to me why I should consider you for Dual Enrollment at UMass Boston?
