DrPhillip Ofume One reason is outstanding and spreading into several prongs such as shutting down the power to check and balance because of bribery and corruption at contract awarding stage. Bribery and corruption are deceases which glue and shutdown the power of leadership and control. My government 2015 will waive executive power to the extent that minute effective taking oath of office president, governors, chairmen/women of the LGA, etc will be liable immediately to all their official and personal activities. Power to lobby for anything will be gone and will be securely criminalized. President through below will live within reach of their own salary and salary will follow market activities to remove hardship of the middle/bottom classes. Public and other sectors of services will not have the power to jump price of goods and service at WILL.
