A. PLOUFFE ACADEMY, BROCKTON, MA ( URBAN SCHOOL) : FATAL FORMS OF RACISM - PHYSICAL
AND PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURES
1. In our (Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume/IHRRG/LIMPT,INC./IHRRC/NDLIF/ASSOCIATES) new studies on
human anatomy, physiology, pains, and durable hardship; we found that physical and psychological
tortures are INTERACTIVE. At Plouffe Academy, severally and continuously empowered by the principal
and state secretary and commissioner of education, white teacher (name reserved) tortured several female (and) non-whites
students by stopping them from going to and using the washroom or toilet for over eight(8) hours/day and day
to day and some urinated on themselves and further alleged that they sat on one place/spot in class and ashamed to stand up.
2. Teacher and his racist action are durably empowered by these authorities because complaints remain unattended and they
(authorities) must be vicariously liable and made parties to the intended lawsuits
including class action. Secretly, to prevent parents' intervention, principal or counselors
enter into contact with the students' parents to mischaracterize or misrepresent them and libel against the students
and called them bad kids in the school. Parents received the complaint about what they suffer in the school but because of
the mischaracterization or misrepresentation, parents failed to intervene but when we talked to some parents, we found that
they are afraid of mounted police, mayor who they called "racist". We are using the forum of this letter
B. FORCING MINOR OR MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS TO SIGN SEVERAL DOCUMENTS
3. In this school, principal and her staff create actionable report cards and other news letters and force the students to sign without
parent supervision. The parents are forced to sign and failure to sign, their children or students will be detained in the school
until they will be forced to sign.
4. Further readings are posted below and have been made attention of the majority of the recipients mentioned above
and incident remain unattended because they believe that whites in America are above the law. The principal and the
Superintendent (Mr. Matthew H. Malone) of the public schools and some of their workforce believe that whites have rights to torture non-whites.
5. Secretaries of education and Governments of America take the blame for allowing over 98% of white teachers and
administrators to teach and administer predominantly non-whites schools. To get torture free and standard or quality
education non-white teachers and administrators must take over their schools across US because white americans from
blacks/whites slave trade and slavery have not been prepared to give non-whites education and majority of the
empowerment services. Plouffe Academy and related schools across the United States have the same inequity decoration.
6. At ARNONE AND PLOUFFE SCHOOLS directly and indirectly innocent students are branded and tagged "TERRORIST." Principals
and their deputies are aware and part of this attack on the personality of these students. Some of our students and friends
are victims of this attack.

DANGER IN URBAN AND MIXED URBAN SCHOOLS : PLOUFFE ACADEMY, BROCKTON, MA
Danger nature of multiple faces such as secret in-classroom physical and psychological tortures; deliberate assignment of poor and weak teachers to core courses; issuing test, assignment and examination on raw or untaught courses to get low or failing scores; severe forms of divide and rules to hide repressive teaching, scores, deceitful guidance counseling, etc.; academic and non-academic (holidays/break) year round overload and punitive homeworks on untaught topics; recall and removal of talented/smart /gifted/A/+/B+/Honor/High Honor students during teaching and test/examination of core course or makeup grade session to get low scores or F; almost zero freedom of learning; almost zero access to computer and printing of school/home works; almost zero freedom of speech and association, etc. These characteristics are found in majority of U.S. Urban and Mixed Urban Schools. These schools are predominantly, non-white schools but made consentration camp and hostile to learners and parents and without multi-racial/color/ethnic teacher and administrator equity shape to the urgly extent over 98% of the teachers and administrators are whites and unprepared to give better and standard education to non-whites.
TERRIBLE INCIDENTS AT PLOUFFE ACADEMY, BROCKTON, MA ON MARCH 16 & 17, 2022
Because of the localized cruelties of school guidance counselors, student agents, teachers, principals, nurses and administrators, time to time, several meetings were heard to talk about the activities of teachers, administrators and students relationships.
At Plouffe Academy, one of the two maths teachers is unfit to teach algebra, also Spanish teacher is under our review and falls under same skill rating as the algebra teacher.
Several months to March 16, 2012 we advised the Principal and her teachers and counselors to stop removing our students and other students to secret intimidation room during teaching, examination and test and the Principal promised that these practices will end forthwith and we advice that each time there is some to discuss, our students (minors) must be representated by our staff and the time must be after school. The Principal and one of her staffs in attendance agreed to respect our recommendations.
The principal refused to remove highly talented/smart /gifted/A/+/B+/Honor/High Honor students from the classroom of the weak algebra teacher to better algebra teacher. Begining of the on-going semester, Principal told us that the weak algebra teacher who is classified as smart racist, has undergone certain improvement in algebra and that these talented/smart /gifted/A/+/B+/Honor/High Honor students will regain their lost momentum in algebra. Up to date, the weak algebra teacher has not added any improvement to his teaching skill.
Some of our students received extra teaching and because this school refused to issue text books in several course syllabuses and disclose its teaching curricula and students' scored works, our after school teaching which is the solution in urban and mixed urban schools is stocked because of this closure.
In the on-going semester, under our after school program our students in the class of the weak Algebra teacher, our students used after school program to upgrade their algebra skill and scored high grade. The high grade angered the principal and the guidance counselor and to make sure our lead complainant's score is lowered, and with the knowledge that on March 17, 2012 is completion of the final assessment and evaluation test, thus on March 16, 2012 the principal and counselor designed a plot and to implement this plot they (principal and guidance counselor) adopted a student in-school trained to act as witness against our student.
In the scenario, on March 16, 2012 to make the plot secretive, the principal dismissed her office assistant staffs and very unusual she was alone in the office to carry out this racist and political assignment void of stitches. In line of duty, the principal placed the female witness in holding detention and as our student entered school after school lecture, the school office was ran by the principal and when we visited the school we found that the principal was alone in the office. Prior to this investigative walk-in, we telephoned our student to review her security and the principal received the phone and told us that our student (Lynda) is not in school whereas she was in after school lecture.
For about two hours, we telephoned the school several times and the principal received all the calls and denied that Lynda is in school and in after school lecture. When it was time to dismiss after school students, we told the principal that we were going to call 911, she released her witness and the principal cited Lynda on the direction she was walking out to exit the school building and the purportedly detained witness was placed in company of Lynda to establish direct contact with Lynda.
Fear that we may have contacted the police to join search for Lynda, the principal expanded the incident to enable the counselor remove Lynda from the examination or test on March 17, 2012 and she used the counselor to telephone us and Lynda's parents and lied that Lynda was in company of the student witness who was purposely detained for this organized low score seeking adventure.
Exactly, on March 17, 2012 for over four hours from test to test, Lynda was removed from the test class to face intimidation and interrogation and repeatedly on small question, "why did you accompany student (name reserved) on March 16, 2012" and each time of removal, Lynda continue to cry in defence that the detained girl ran into her and told her that she was in detention but the counselor continued his secret mission and when each test remains about five minutes to finish, the counselor will release Lynda and soon as Algebra and other tests start, the counselor will walk into the classroom or order the teachers to remove Lynda from an on-going test for further intimidation and interrogation.
Same thing Brockton High School did to some of our students including Ms. Isabelle Ofume (Grade 12) was done to Lynda at PlouffeAcademy. How? In all the tests, Algebra and others during which the counselor removed Lynda for the planned interrogation designed to harvest low score, were scored failing grade and graded COMPLETE whereas Lynda did few minutes before she was removed from the tests.
UNCONDITIONAL RECOMMENDATION
All these tests must be scored INCOMPLETE and Lynda must be given the opportunity to redo the full package of all the tests/examination.

4. Maths teacher has failed to heed our advice posted below because of the support extended to him by the school management authorities and yesterday, Jan 5, 2012 the principal enforced his racist physical/psychological tortures on non-white students which must impede learning and comprehension as path to get low grade which is the purpose of majority of urban and mixed urban schools across the United States.
5. The position of the school which is based on race and color, has empowered the teacher who is weak in this course syllabus to add more and more TORTUROUS sanctions on the use of the toilet and access to several resources in the school. This teacher is boasting here and there with extreme audacity, some anonymous people have disclosed threat of this teacher and Lynda Ofume must be protected because these teachers believe in "white power". Learning, comprehension, assiduity, retention, attention, etc are not possible in this mid-way prison called school. The secret and out come of these cruel conditions are sealed and waterproofed because of all white colony of teachers and administrators which place highhanded closure in teaching and administration.
RACIALLY MOTIVATED ALLEGATION OF DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY
6. Broken door locks allegations ( 01/05/2012) are racially motivated because the students suspected are in part not part of the after school program and they were stereotyped, streamed and paraded. White students who attend the program were not named, called and paraded. Shame embedded in the ordeal is enough to force these students to disengage from school.
7. On-going new and refreshed complaints show that there is strong bearing of vicious unstoppable act of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance at Plouffe Academy. Human Rights Commission is requested to take investigation of part of the complaints within its jurisdiction immediately and safe these students from losing their interest in and right to education. Complaints sent to the Commission remain pending because they are made by LIMPT, INC. and addressing non-white incidents.
BROCKTON, MA PUBLIC SCHOOLS: HORROR AND CRIME AGAINST LEARNERS
8. In Brockton Public Schools, Ofume students of Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume and Mrs. Maureen Ngozi Ofume and relocated from some of the best schools in the world (Bedford South School - Canada; Riverbend High School - USA; Freedom Middle School - USA; etc) and they are outstanding and matchless students in part before they were politically forced to be enrolled/attend some of the poorest schools in the world (Holyoke High School, Lynn Classical High School, Brockton High School, etc). Internationally, LIMPT, INC. in-Dr. Phillip C. Ofume found that " after school program or two-way learning per day puts student on top... What's taught within one day must be revised and re-memorized within same day when memory is fresh to enable what taught stick and remembered continuously..."
Ms. Lynda Ofume is already on top before coming to Joseph Plouffe Academy. Lynda must not removed to any school meeting without Dr. Ofume or approved representative of LIMPT, INC.and approved by the National Coordinator.
In addition to the Maths teacher,shortlist of the teachers we demand full disclosures (question and answer sheets) and remark is social studies and Spanish Language. We also request that these teachers be enrolled in sensitivity programs to enable them teach and integrate their students as one learning entity.
We are unable to do after school work because it appears the instant public schools engage in non-disclose practices which are unhealthy for NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND ACT (2001) and related education legislation. If teachers engage in holding back students' scored work and fail to release course syllabus, after school work will be hampered. We do continuous and comprehensive assessment and evaluation. These activities are impossible, if activities in school were censored and undisclosed. Activities in classroom must be reviewed continuously and comprehensively to focus student learning and achievement latitude.
Reason of the foregoing, we enter our objection and request as follows:
1. We afore-referred corporation on behalf Ms. Lynda L. Ofume, we object the scores issued on Lynda's
maths, social studies and spanish test/exam and other school assignment to the extent that,
1.a. mathematics, the initial rush test which we may hereafter localize and describe as "Arithmetic"
was issued immediately upon Lynda's admission to the school as raw course or untaught course; to the
extent that there was no remediation program to contain work done before her admission. Information
reveals that at the beginning of the year the class did this maths and Lynda has not relocated to the school;
1.b. the Class did a retest based on this past teaching and Lynda ought to have been excluded.
We request that Lynda be excluded and record of this maths be destroyed not be used for any
credit accrual report card and any other assessment/evaluation activities;
1.c. the second test was infected with the same problem because the content matter has backward
untaught substance or element. Lynda was not in school when the chapter was taught and without knowledge
of the previous work. Any students whatever academic standing student victim must face similar difficulty
because of usual backward trend. Every relating to this assignment or test be totally expunged;
1.d. to extent alleged that zero was issued in the following manner:
1.d.i. on the day of the school field trip, several students were not advised to go to teacher's room to
pickup assignment and teacher proceeded to issue scores without disclosure of the work upon which scores were issued,
1.d.ii. we request explanation and disclosure of the question/answer/scored sheets;
1.e. test # 3 request for disclosure of the question/answer/scored sheets of this test;
1.f. test # 4 we were told that the score was 81%. We are alarmed by this type of scores
because our student has academic track history or record which is matchless. We request
for disclosure of the question/answer/scored sheets of this test;

1.g. Academically and professionally ability to teach course in issue is insufficient, interaction with
all student on race, color and other profile appears to be grandiosely insufficient to the extent of barring
black students most cases female students from using or going to the washroom and providing required
learning needs or easing learning and comprehension barriers. Censored
2. Social studies and Spanish teachers - censored question/answer/scored sheets/ undermarked/scored
Lynda to enter low grades.
3. NOTICE TO THE PRINCIPAL AND OTHERS AFOREMENTIONED:
3.a. Maths teacher has punitively under marked/scored Lynda. Tested/examined Lynda on raw or untaught
coursed to get low scores. Sake of present and future references, we request that copies of all maths
question/answer/scored sheets/undermarked/scored of Lynda and other students be kept in secured place
and all copies be sent to us or parents because there maybe appeals in this complaint. To enable accurate
comparative remark and discovery examination, Lynda and other students' question/answer/scored sheets are
required. See an on-going case which is out of hand -
3.b. We request that all free break fast and launch bills sent to Lynda and other poor students under the
meaning of district/county/state/federal poverty level be waived and removed from the school's debts collection record.

FURTHER CASE AT ARNONE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BROCKTON, MA (#20)
Since the incident which is referenced above two smart/talented /gifted and best students (Black) in our program have been poisoned in this school on March 8, 2012. And/or since September 2011 our three students have been poisoned in this school. These three smart/talented /gifted students hail from one family (two names reserved to the extent that the first names are Barnett and Gloria). The smartest female student in her class was given poisoned food during launch on March 8, 2012. The male student stated below in para 14 and in grade 5 is hated by his teacher and on about March 8, 2012 after the meeting with the principal/vice-principal also stated below when the racist Principal/Vice-Principal jumped the teacher's anger against this student after this meeting, teacher boasted that she was going to consult her attorney/lawyer, thereafter few days latter, she came to class with the best ICE CREAM which kids like and under closs door she used psychological force to compel the students (including our student which she hated) to eat the ICE CREAM and since then Barnett has been having stomach pains and on March 11, 2012 the pain mounted and reached severe acute pains level and on March 11, 2012 Barnett escaped death and he was rushed to the hospital on an ambulance and he is responding to treatment which is always endless sampled from the first child mentioned on the weblink posted above. The female student formerly beautiful girl has lost several pounds weight and each day she continues to dry up and beyond recognition. Messrs. President, Vice-President and Congress of America you will be blamed because you have deliberately set traps for this family by denying them employment authorization document (EAD), consider their asylum case and application for and humanitarian social assistance (SNAP, TAFDC, etc), Refugees Travel Documents to enable them remove these beautiful/handsome/ talented/smart/gifted kids from Massachusetts or United States to safe place, etc. Treatment of these children is filled with closure or cloud because of white to white in the school, hospital, police and public schools, etc. These incidents are tearful for parents and these family and supporting NGOs across the world are in dreadful agitation waiting for the day this family will loss these children because of the heartlessness of american urban and mixed school. If America and her leaders know the meaning of longstanding and incurable racial/color discrimination which remains in the federalism of the United States, majority of non-white teachers and administrators must be teaching and administering urban and mixed urban schools.
FEBRUARY 2012 CASE - ARNONE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BROCKTON, MA
14.a. February 2012 case which we are working on is one grade 5 classroom at Arnone Elementary School, Brockton, MA and afore-referenced. One Black and related smart/talented/gifted/A/ A+B+ students are harassed and bullied to force them to drop in grade and assiduity and drift to drop out from school. In this school and grade 5 classroom they are types of racist principal, vice-principal, teacher and administrators which we called ERATIC RACIST or type of racists which are swiftly combative, encycled themselves with mounted police and frequently dividing and ruling their preys to get support and remain on job and keep afloat racist policy and practice. This urban school is made up of about 85-90% (February 2012) non-white students. In this school teachers and administrators are over 98% whites with ruthless white racist principal and vice-principal. This arrangment is strong delay to providing education for non-whites.
14.b. Each time complaint is made against teachers and particular students who are secret agents for this school for bullying/harassing other students, principal and vice-principal forcibly remove the parents or call mounted police to force parents or representative out of the school premises and take the child to secret room for intimidation to reconstruct his/her mind to say and restate what they want him/her to say before us and his/her parents. In the focused grade 5 teacher and classroom setting, students are heartlessly graded, excellent, good, midway, etc and sharply divided in conflict ranges to make sure excellent students will not offer quality and genuine remediation assistance to midway or bad students and good students because all the excellent and good students are facing the harm of transfer to bad students level.
14.c. Just to know how this dangerous and extra-professional teaching and learning practices work; out of several oppressed kids in this specific classroom, we selected two students (names reserved) and added extra-after school program to make them become platinum A/A+* students. Soon as one of these students attained this honourable level and pride of achieved excellence, the teacher and the substitute teachers who are normally non-whites hired for two reasons, because officials are visiting to deceive them that the school has a non-white teacher or hired when white teachers are absent.
14.d. To destroy our student and move him or her back to F grade, the teacher added one substitute teacher to herself and three mounted bad students (names reserved) to create a trouble shooting scenario and create allegation and accused our students and the teacher removed our student from the excellent students sitting spot into the middle of the sitting cycle of these falsely called noising or branded bad students. Our student cried for several days and refused to return to the school but after counseling, he agreed to return to school and we assured him that we will be taking him to the school and he will make his wonderful speech of defence in the presence of his teacher, principal and vice-principal.
14.e. On March 1, 2012 the principal and vice-principal attended the meeting and the teacher did not attend because she knew our students are smart and bold kids and good public speakers and he will say everything fact to fact. Our program across United States, in urban and mixed urban schools, majority of several non-white students are intimidated with low self-esteem because of outrage of teachers, administrators, and inter-students bullying and harassment. As our student was saying all what his teacher has been doing to him, not up to mid-way of his statement of fact, the principal and vice-principal stopped the meeting and told our representative to leave or they will call the police.
14.f. Our representative left and we moved the complaint to the secretary of education, superintendent and commissioner of elementary and secondary schools but because of the power given to the principal and vice-principal of Arnone School, the teacher continues to reduce our student's scores, the teacher mobilized students called bad students against our student and made our student to sit facing the wall instead of facing the teacher and the black or white teaching board. When the teacher has fully enjoyed this punitive sitting position, she continued to allow our student to sit in the midst of these "noising students" and now they have open up severe forms of harassment and bullying to force our student to loss focus of the teaching. This teacher is damaging the educational focus of these " students" because they are adopted secret agents for the teacher and teacher and as gratification, she allows them to remain on computer playing violent games and other activities when the teaching is going on. She prevents our student and other students from using the computer to do school research and assignment.
14.g. In the other hand, we placed our focus on the teacher's teaching and objective attention on students' work, comprehension, assessment and qualitative evaluation because we found that the teacher is paid salary without doing any work particularly that for over two months the teacher has not seen, corrected, scored and recorded the work of students in her classroom and returned the works to parents. Same manner across the urban and mixed urban schools under similar condition cited at Arnone School, teachers are seen to be focusing on harassment, bullying and writing incident reports against non-white students than teaching, reading students' work, reviewing teaching, comprehension and syllabus, scoring and returning students' works to parents.
Poisoning of students' food continues at Arnone School continues because the principal, secretary of education, superintendent of public schools and commissioner of elementary and secondary schools neglected, refused and failed to implement our recommendations cited in the above mentioned weblink.
