1. Highly educated and down-to-earth unbeatable technocrat in the business of governmental and governmental systems. Believes in complementary and one-one relationships with foreign governments and people. Matchless anti-bribery, corruption, nepotism, racism, racial discrimination, mismanagement/misappropriation, xenophobia, torture, hate and related intolerance.
2. Advised the United Nations and member states that his government will not respect some rights embedded in the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relation (April 18, 1961) affecting diplomatic agents on first part and diplomatic immunities on the second part particularly Articles 22, 24, 27, 29, 32, 34, 36, 37, 38, etc. Over 25 years research and investigation, Dr. Ofume and his associates found that major loot and repatriation of the wealth of Nigeria is planned and executed by diplomats in collaboration with domestic and foreign politicians, governments, agents, oil/gas companies, and grantors. All to/from diplomatic and non-diplomatic air, land and water transportation, baggage, and other movements and materials must be pre-searched and re-searched by special operatives interactively working with Customs and Excise and its sub-agents and other authorities.
3. End to the bloodsheds and civil unrest between Christians and Moslems and other related fighting groups. Dr. Ofume and his associates found that some people are profiting from this conflict. Resolution of the conflict is inevitable solution. What these warring parties want in Nigeria are good under multicultural /ethnic/racial/religion federal system of government. Why this system is suggested for system of government is because it’s as it is and should not be unfeathered by unjust superimposition by selfish actors.
4. Swiftly resolving the problem of the Niger Delta Region and Biafra. Lack of resolution of the conflicts is the cause of violence and bloodshed. Without consultation with the foreign agents and failure of the power to act alone in deciding the submissions of the disputants create failure of resolution of the crisis.
5. Diverting the attention always centered on oil/gas sectors to agriculture, education, industry and human resources. No drop of Nigeria oil/gas will leave Nigeria without paid costs to Nigeria and sourcing regions.
