RE. POLITICS, BRIBERY, CORRUPTION AND ACTIVISM IN USCIS: OVER SEVEN MONTHS RENEWAL OF EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION (EAD) STOCKED.

In addition to the statements below and above and several letters and other submissions, first renewal application was dated January 1, 2011 and mailed instantly to Nebraska. As usual Nebraska waited long time, in March 2011 Phoenix replied with further delay tactics and raised manufactured problem of payment of $380.00 whereas there are series of physical evidences disclosing the status (Refugee, Asylee, Paroled for no just reason, and Stateless) of the Ofume family. The notice for further information was dated in March 2011. If the computation is taken from dual standpoint base argument, January 2011 – present and March 2011 – present, USCIS erred for deliberately delaying the process to renew employment authorization in order to make the family loss the last bread on their poor table because only one member is working and others followed place to place to disrupt their job search.
Same vein, under an escalated bribery and corruption, a simple and complete application for EAD, unissued 2006 – April 29, 2011. In the other side, USCIS denied the family appointment to redo expired biometric test to enable the family loss its application for asylum which the family won on October 16, 2007 when the government of America lost its charge against the family. Smart/talented President Barack Obama, Vice-President Joseph Biden and The Hon. Secretary of Justice & Attorney-General, Eric Holder, Jr. read this incident particularly, the charge, unwarranted parole, opposition/defence of the ofumes, conduct of USCIS and employment authorization was issued April 29, 2010 – May 7, 2010 to four members of the family.
These politicians and oil/gas companies follow the family up and down to make sure income or means of livelihood is severely sanctioned with the fear that the family will plough any income into presidential campaign now further re-mastered for year 2015.
Under the government of President Barack Obama America passing through period of CHANGE and redemption from battered conditions of recession or depression because of extraordinary lack of transparency in service and other deliveries. It is absolutely shocking that people in office bred by the past governments continue to use the leverage of power in office to lie and talk nonsense and/or enter into official argument without thorough investigation, research and review of specific incident to the extent in this case protecting corrupt staff in the office of the USCIS (Nebraska and Phoenix).

PHASE #1
2005 - April 29, 2010 President/Vice-President of the United States ended
over five (5) years of unwarranted punitive action staged and paid for by the
Nigerian/Canadian governments and oil/gas companies when they granted
the Ofume family Employment Authorization. Soon as the authorization was received
by four members of our family, there was mass mobilization of tugs along
family's job search to persuade employers not to hire members of the family.
PHASE # 2
To the final day of the expiration of the Ofumes' job authorization, only one member of the family was allowed to work because of the posture of these agents. Due to the action
discussed above, with fore-sight that the Ofumes' employment authorization would expire on April29, 2011, in January 2011 the family mailed out complete package of its renewal application to Nebraska Service Center but we were not quite sure how the family's application was responded to from Phoenix Service Center after over three months (March 2011).With full knowledge that Ofumes' statuses are refugee, asylee, paroled and stateless, pretentiously, Nebraska and Phoenix knew that these statues and sworn affidavit of indigency or waiver of all costs listed on the initial denial receipt are unquestionably subject outright waiver. Copies of the expired EAD documents and receipts and card were enclosed and they showed fee waiver and other information. The centers enjoy free day to write unnecessary letters requesting for fees of $380.00.
PHASE #3
Same infiltrators in Nebraska service center paid to remove certain key documents
to declare the application incomplete also in Phoenix they strongly showed up and held
0fumes' application for several months. Discussion on July 14, 2011 No.T#1F1951102216NSC shows that
on May 12, 2011 Ofumes' applications were re-forwarded to Nebraska. In this unsigned letter dated May 12, 2011
we were told that the waiver has been granted and that our applications have been forwarded to Nebraska but
the responding center was surprised that NEBRASKA has not replied or send any information
on the status of these applications. The employer of Ofume child has mounted pressure that the child will be fired
if he should fail to show his renewed EAD immediately. Should Ofume child be fired, the family will be left with
nothing to the limited extent that one US born child gets $410.00/mo cash benefit and $200.00 food stamps. This
a large family of 9 people.
We will appreciate your urgent intervention to save the present condition of this law abiding
and hard working family.
