May It Please Your Hon./Sir/Madam:

OPEN LETTER TO THE  U.S. HON. SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) ET AL

RE.  UNATTENDED APPLICATIONS FOR FAMILY LOW INCOME HOUSING AND SEC 8 - 2006 - PRESENT - OFUME FAMILY (Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume , Mrs. Maureen Ngozi Ofume and Seven Children, suffered imposed economic sanction and political persecution, 2005 – present multiple homelessness, etc. in the United States)  - 11th Reminder

1. Originally, the Ofume family hail from the NIGER DELTA REGION of  Nigeria and 2007 – present the family bids for the President of Nigeria. In Nigeria, Togo, Canada and USA this bid earned the Ofume family severe forms of an imposed economic sanction and political persecution, 2005 – present multiple homelessness, etc .and your department is one of the major profiteers. The infiltrators, lobby group and negotiators are Nigerian domestic and foreign oil/gas companies and their grantors and allies.

2.  On-going is 11th reminder  of the letters to you and your housing sub-department, agencies, districts, vendors, etc.  On February 3, 2006  the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) hired Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership (MBHP) as the caseworker  of the Ofume family. Between 2006 and March 2011 over 27 applications for  have been filed with inside and outside the district offices and HUD  sec. 8 but this caseworker and HUD agents were controlled by the Nigerian domestic and foreign oil/gas companies and their grantors and allies.

3.  In this submission, we are forced to make it open letter. We have also decided to pick few key statements from our letters and reports in the following manner:

3.a   ...There are severe forms of discrimination and segregation in Mass district housing program (including management of sec. 8) whites prevails and others are NOTHING. Reliant on this intolerance, IHRRG, IHRRC and Associates recommended community base funding and management and unlimited right to development across the United States to break segregation and also curtail emergence of urban, suburban and mix urban formal and informal schools based on color and race…

3.b.  …OFUME FAMILY'S first  and second choices are Malden and Andover because of good school and several other considerations. In Massachusetts, beginning of the family's application is June 2006. Organizations and Ofume family submitted and re-submitted housing applications severally to the first and second choices and others to the extent to over 27 housing districts and authorities. State and federal governments of America are the cause of this problem because of the endless sanction (employment and other services) on the Ofume family…

3.c.  ….On behalf the family, effective 2008 when we took over, the process of finding the family low income housing under district housing authorities and sec. 8, we have submitted and renewed submissions. We have returned last application in March 2011 to Malden and also unattended.
Several "applicants" behind our applications have been attended and granted…

3.d.   …Comparatively, several families granted are below the Ofume family in eligibility prerequisites
including first come first serve in need and conditions for need if discovery examination is carried out. Ofume family is member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; Ofume family do not smoke, drink alcohol, and use any hard substance; family is law abiding; community friendly and empowering; focus on education [see federal, state and district proof on education including our corporation, LIMPT, INC (EDUCATION PROJECT) ]; former home and other real estate properties owner in Nigeria and Canada. For example in Canada bought home in Bedford, NS, then (1999 – 2005) best community to live in Canada - see 8 Edwin Ford Court, Bedford, Nova Scotia B4A 4B6; score as to maintenance and sanitation of home and other real properties is over 93% …
