 AMERICA:  US EDUCATION,  K – TERTIARY AND MULTIPLE HANDCULFF ON JOBS AND COMPETITIVENESS – CASE OF WHITES V. NON-WHITES  (PART I)

LIMPT, INC. (EDUCATION AND WORKFORCE PROJECT) is lead researchers whereas  IHRR/IHRRG/ ASSOCIATES are lead investigator.

Same vein as other national research and investigation in the United States, they found that without merit, whites control extreme majority of the entire common and other wealth of America and offer starvation remnant to non-whites.  


Equity in education, job and competitiveness will not produce any good result if the common and other wealth  of America are not made community base common and other wealth and matched under race, color, etc. Under workable distribution of america’s  common and other wealth sharing maybe done under natives, whites, blacks, hispanics, indians, arabs, asians, etc.


In urban schools (non-whites), suburban schools (whites) and mixed urban schools (whites and non-whites), whites control over 95% (August 2011) of the  teaching;  administration; research; design of policies and practices; projects,  operation; finances;  training; curriculum development and implementation ; capital and other investments; guidance and counseling;  etc.  All material time, recognizing that education and training are gateways to jobs (employment by others and self-employment) which are thoroughfares to  other good  means of livelihood in the entire society of America.


Under the past systems  which creates  present because of the American civil services system or passage of function from white generation to white generation, education and training of non-whites are impossible! The level of selfishness of these whites is that if these whites were in control of air, rain,  sun, and other natural things uncontrolled by “Man”,  they will not give them  to non-whites to keep their lives afloat.  American white women are more heartless than American white men... This study is limited to American white men and women. From birth of America to whites and blacks slave trade and slavery,  American whites’  heartlessness is hereditary and passes on from parents to children and generation to generation. Publishers have studied over 113 nations and the study continues.  General classification is used in this study because both white men and women are intimately united to deal with non-whites in  order to secure white supremacy.


K-tertiary, whites have designed over 170 interlocking handcuff or blockade on non-whites’ access to right to education as path to impede right to jobs or waiver of competition. Welfare and other handouts are some of the handcuffs created to reduce competition  on jobs and to create more jobs for the whites.  Some of these blockades are censorship of information as to access to right to educational resources; forced disengagement from school;  poor teachers and teaching; urban, mixed and suburban school administrations and resources; lack of community base teachers and administrators;  bullying; stereotype/streaming;  under scoring;  test/examination/assignment without prior teaching;  mounted police which encourages poor teaching and freedom of interactive  learning;  etc.


Governments in the United States have pumped sufficient money to sustain US education but this money is in part mismanaged and severally diverted into heavy salaries and other wasteful  expenditures  which failed to match qualifications and intended programs.  Several teachers are suspected not to be owner of the degree, certificate  and diploma which granted them teaching employment.


Secretly to keep these teachers,  budget has been made to  train these teachers with tax money called commonwealth.  Worst  corrupt ethnic and racial societies is the ones where unwanted or unqualified teacher is internally accommodated to be trained and also paid salaries. These teachers are supposed to be removed and to train themselves.


Researchers and investigators rejected  the concept of comparing the money which China, UK, Norway, Finland, etc  pump into their own education with the money United States invest to sustain its education because of several differences  in monetary, economic, in come per capita, habitation cost, demographic and other structures, etc. 


Several teachers are not qualified to teach and more of these teachers are dumped in urban or non-whites schools and part of mixed urban schools. Certification of teachers is corrupt or laissez-passer process to give jobs to whites and moderate  or   cosmetic small number of non-whites that lack sense of community development and empowerment.


 After the struggle of the  1960s to setup equity in education and  recent legislation on highly dysfunctional NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND (2001), there is a free ride for the whites to do and undo because the civil liberties or rights organizations and movements have failed to continue the work of the 1960s actors and prefer to sell their conscience and initiatives for money and personal ostentatious lives.
