NIGERIA: AMNESTY IS HOAX DESIGNED TO EXPAND LONGSTANDING GENOCIDE IN THE NIGER DELTA

1. Nigerians must remember that when Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume will be President of Nigeria all the mess stated in this and other articles will stop because all foreigners will do business across Nigeria but they will not dictate the business of his government.
2. When the purported amnesty was proposed, IHRRG/IHRRC/ASSOCIATES, chaired by Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume recommended to the Civil Liberty Fighters and related group to decline acceptance of the proposal because they have not done anything wrong under the federal constitution of Nigeria or that even if they have committed any crime, amnesty must be signed by the sitting President of Nigeria and members of the UN Security Council and General Assembly .
3. Watch and see, prayed into future, majority of the ex-civil liberty fighters and others inside and outside Nigeria will be tactically eliminated or brought to international war crime and crime against humanity court as part of the genocide program recommended in the region to give way to freelance oil/gas exploration and exploitation.
4. Amnesty has tried to diffuse some of the energies of the campaign initiatives but some of these initiatives to be diffused set high-powered time bomb which will venture into new pace of remobilizing ANGRY SOLDIERS AND OTHER CIVIL LIBERTY FIGHTERS. See Afghanistan, Somalia, Iraq, North Korea, Iran, Niger Delta, etc to have fore-idea of what it takes to face or confront ANGRY SOLDIERS ET AL.
5. Ex-fighters are disappointed and they know that their oppressors have created several secret operatives around them, trying to poison their food and water, tie them to one and other crimes as path to jail them, accuse them of war crime and crime against humanity and soon draft them to this racist international court of injustice, etc (see citizens inside and outside the sand, Ken Saro-Wiwa, MKO Abiola, Isaac Adaka Boro, Kudirat Abiola, Anthony Anaharo , George Orewa, Phillip Chukwuma Ofume, Chukwuma Nzogwu, Dele Giwa, Henry/Charles Okah, etc.).

In the United States, review of old tactics and renewed elimination/genocide tactics (effective May 2011) directed against Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume and his entire nuclear family (9 - Dr. & Mrs. Ofume and 7 children born in Nigeria, Canada and United States) are designed as follows:
(a) Dr. & Mrs. Ofume and rider children are Convention Refugees adopted by the United Nations and Amnesty International with UNHCR refugees certificates and acclaimed Prisoners of conscience but color/race/place of origin (Niger Delta Region) irregularly put the family under endless asylum proceedings and unlawfully paroled for one year. If host nation paroles Convention Refugees without past criminal record., it shows that such host country has no respect for the United Nations and its system and laws.
(b) On September 29, 2005 highly racist federal agency called Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) impounded and seized their valid and unexpired UN Refugees Travel Documents and Passports issued by the Government of Canada under the UN Convention of July 28, 1951. Thereafter, ICE cooked and brought a frivolous charge against the Ofume family such as landing in the United States without unexpired documents. Order (01/25/2006) of The Honourable Justice Eliza Klein (IC, Boston, MA) exposed ICE and put it into shame. On October 16, 2007 Government of America lost this case and The Hon. D’Angelo (IC, Boston) politically replaced it with another cooked allegation styled as EXPIRED BIOMETRIC TEST which expired at the instance of the cruel and politicized conducts of the USCIS, IJ, Clerk of the IC and US Physician but because of the corrosiveness of the Immigration Court (IC) under ex-President George W. Bush government a simple blood test called biometric which was done on September 29, 2005 and paroled for one year without criminal record is able to overwhelm or overrule life saving case called APPLICATION FOR ASYLUM IN SAFE COUNTRY. International communities have remain alarmed and downgraded US Immigration Court under ex-President Bush ;
(c) imposed tight/severe forms of sanction/embargo on the Ofume family's right to Employment Authorization Card (EAD issued by the USCIS). Arrived in US on September 29, 2005. September 29, 2005 through April 29, 2010 employment authorization was denied and family rendered homeless several times to subject them to death spot (food bank and soup table) and denied other services including right to self-employment - on/off-line (see the family's self-employment efforts - LIMPT, INC. = $0.00; VENDOR/AFFILIATE with the CLICKBANK; Survey Companies; Google Blogspots with Monetized Adsense and Adword; etc. Secret services made the earnings of thousands of trading and articles $0.00. The expert works (policies and practices research, review, investigation, recommendations, reports) has been directly and indirectly copied and used without family and its NGOs permission and rights to use them.
(d) Temporary EAD granted Ofume family on April 2010 and expires on April 29, 2011. Very early, Application for Renewal Application was made on January 1, 2011 and to date nothing has been done to the extent that several agents are assigned in Phoenix and Nebraska service centers to receive and destroy the family's documents. Also since 2006 application for convention refugee card was made and the record shows "pending";
(e) sanctioned closely enforced on the family’s right to self-employment by mobilizing over 70 secret operatives (operatives confessed ) in one small city to trail and follow the Ofume family up and down to disrupt its effort to engage in any self-employment;
(f) blocked banks and credit systems to severely sanction foreign and domestic donations and contributions;
(g) income of highly qualified parents (Dr. & Mrs. Ofume) = $0.00, income of 6 children of 7 children = $0.00 to the extent that one child is allowed to work several hours on top of regulated full time but paid peanut of less than $700.00 to $850 per month. Against prevailing labor law for about one year up to August 2011 the child worked 7 days/week without one day rest, seasonal vacation and promotion.
(h) Ofume family's monthly expenses on rent, utilities, education, food, transportation, etc economically estimated to be $8,500.00 and only income to the family is stated in subpara 6 (g) above.
(i) denied food stamps, cash benefits, housing voucher, mortgate and rental assistances to drill the family to housing death squad called MASS SHELTER where children and parents are divided and punitively scattered to destroy the family and circled the family to face footnote of paragraph 6 above. Entire paragraph 6 is designed to lure the Ofume family to food bank and soup table where snail and other forms of poisons will be administered; AND
(j) Inside and outside US and Canada, 1989 - present, agents suspected to be government agents or their agencies met with Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume several times and suggested that the only way to solve this problem is for Dr. Ofume to abandon his bid for the bids for the President of Nigeria (strong and repeated endless bids), and support for the campaign for civil liberties in the Niger Delta Region.
7. This plan is additional feature to AIDS/HIV program in Africa. This alert to the Niger Delta politicians, civil liberties fighters/groups, educated, rich, outspoken, and others because you automatically become part of this shortlisted group when you are statued under this class and victims of this class must die because they are threat and competitors to their unlimited right to natural resources.
8. Amnesty is unwarranted because under any legal determination including the federation constitution of Nigeria, their efforts are limited to demand for their due rights in their homeland. Then and now the government of Nigeria and their foreign masters are SMART LIARS and unreliable to the extent of deceiving and destabilizing some of these men and women.
9. Worst part of the action of President Azikiwe Ebele Jonanthan Goodluck is to send these ex-fighters oversea where elimination is possible because of foreign food, healthcare, habitat where multiple poisonous gases are used to kill in different ways, etc. This one of the deadliest conspiracies by compatriot against other compatriots or his citizens.
10. Publishers referred these fighters to the case of ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo and ex-President Charles Taylor and how General Obasanjo lured his friend or extended brother-in-law into the mouth of hungry lions and advice them not to rush into the gamble to accept amnesty.
11. Publishers also advised the fighters that always to win a constructive initiative like the struggle to emancipate the people, land, air, and water of the Niger Delta unity, patience, constant mindset and effort are required to defeat the enemies.
