QUESTIONS AND BRIEF ANALYSIS  TO PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA & VICE-PRESIDENT JOSEPH BIDEN

Messrs.  President/Vice-President:

I,   Dr.  Phillip Chukwuma Ofume,  representative of the NGO mentioned  below.  On behalf my  organization, my  questions and brief analysis are as follows:

1.  In February 2009, did you receive our informational report on the VOTER ANGER STRATEGY put in place by your opposition? If you received this piece of report  do you know that this strategy  has been renewed  to win election 2012?

Across America, jobs and other services  are severely sanctioned to brew VOTER ANGER against your government, elections 2010 and 2012.

2.    Is this present plan (“jobs and competitiveness”) enough to force  small/big businesses owners and providers of services   to release the jobs and services they have sanctioned to realize their VOTER ANGER STRATEGY?

3.   What efforts are your government making to reform programs such as RECOVERY.GOV et al to enable non-whites create jobs and become part of small/big businesses? 

Under your recovery and other programs several jobs have been created and created by whites,  who directly and indirectly control over 97% of the entire small/big businesses, control the offices of US Chief Financial Officers and Financial Management Office  (Recovery.gov et al) and services.  The problem is that DUN and several other application forms are online and several unknown secret agents are online blocking applications of some people. Without paper application creation of jobs and competitiveness will not be possible because  some people who are targeted will not get the fund required to establish business or establishing small/big businesses will remain in the hands of the whites.  Because of lack of  competition, 2009 – present,  majority of the jobs created are for the whites.  We have been attending workshops to listen to speakers and we found that employment/career  training centers, labour ready, complete labour, etc are citing anger against incumbent and his government as under-performing whereas they are the agents of performance.   

4.  Under creation of jobs and intended multiple competiveness (domestic and foreign), what efforts are your government making to make non-whites foreign migrant experts be competitive in both employment and creation of jobs?

These experts are dumped and forced to become taxi drivers. Some were dumped in endless  fraudulent and non-competitive professional examination and after several trials, pass is scored fail, they become cap drivers or indentured workers and  they loss their ability to be competitive.  Under employment ration to create employment and employee cosmetics or a photo deceit to deceive your office one or two are selected and made silent underdog. 

5.  What measure has your government taken to reform monitoring and compliance agency?

6.    Do you know that competitiveness of a federal  sovereign state (nation) like the United States must be interactive and America's competitiveness strength is less than 5% because only whites are in the competition?

7.    U.S. Education k-tertiary levels,  generation to generation  waive competition and that's why sector to sector whites including your secretaries and congress  are over 99% whites.  Do you know that this arrangement trump competitiveness , job creation,  America's federal  character and system of government and cannot be respected globally?

8.    For example if America  may run into scaring deficit of approx.. $10.5 trillion next decade  and computation of the deficit 2009 – present,  shows somehow  a clear sign of this problem.  What efforts are your government making to cover over 16 loopholes which were created by ex-incumbents  where  the economies of America failed to be responsive and competitive over external economies?

In addition to questions 1-8  above, they may be  over 12 million undocumented  and unknown immigrants  in the United States and the money they are earning in the United States is also unknown and runs into selfish hands/pockets  of the owners of the private/public small/big businesses and repatriated across the border without record and IRS is not in control and know nothing about this transaction.  Border bullies who secretly brand themselves white supremacist and overtly called themselves border marshals know that these immigrants are boosting the wealth of the owners of the private/public small/big businesses and also filling their own pockets to increase number of undocumented immigrant.  To plough this money into the treasury of the United States, these immigrants must be documented. Several salaries and other monies paid to these workers are not documented    and taxed.

9.   What type of   plan is in  place in your government to tax billion/millionaires of America?

10.   In your government is there any money versus investment strategy to decongest banks/credit unions oversize money storage which is dormant money?

Several banks are overloaded with physical, uninvested  or unused  cash.  Under the conspiracy of credit companies (EQUIFAX, EXPERIAN AND TRANSUNION) to get bank/credit union business/mortgage/other  money,  applicant must be white or agent or sub-contractor of whites.
