U.S. SCHOOLS:  ACTIONS OF MOUNTED POLICE/SECURITY AND TEACHERS/ADMINISTRATORS CAUSE MAJORITY OF SCHOOL SHOOTING AND OTHER VIOLENCE

Particularly in urban and part of mixed urban schools bullying, harassment, stereotype/streaming and other cruel actions of teachers/administrators directed against students are more effective than related actions put in place by fellow students and could be copied and expanded by students.


 In these schools mounted police/security  protect  actions of the teachers/administrators without mediating the conduct and resolve it.  Constituted and lawed student administration or union will stop  cruel conduct and related action of the teachers/administrators and student bully, and harassment against fellow students.

Most adversely  hit is urban and part (non-whites) of the  mixed urban schools…


Recognizing that extreme majority of the teachers and administrators  are whites and Congress of the United States embarrassingly under multi-cultural/race/color federalism  is approx. 100% whites, thus better and priority education and services in mixed urban and suburban schools for the whites  k-tertiary levels directly and indirectly get better teachers, administrators, infrastructures and several thereafter other better services such as better jobs, housing,  businesses,  communities, etc. Urban and part (non-whites) of mixed urban schools are overloaded with poor/bad  teachers, administrators, infrastructures and several other poor  services such as welfare and starvation wages, ghetto housing,  quasi subcontracting subsistence businesses, ruined  communities empowered by gangs and  drug cartel deliberately created to sanction competiveness in education, jobs , services, etc.



To keep this severe form of exclusion and marginality, non-whites students, elders, parents, churches, youths  must be brainwashed, intimidated, divided/ruled , suppressed, etc. Non-whites civil rights organizations and movement  are tactically suppressed not by armed police like in the primitive America but with divide and rule and pumping money into the bloodstream of their leaders and incapacitate them path to agitate for their communities.  LIMPT, INC. found that new non-whites civil liberties movement is emerging and it viewed the step of the  covert and overt securities along some of their organizing lines but they are not scared because the election of Black President has empowered them and they remain defiance of any incursion and are unstoppable.



Horrorfully, inside  urban and mixed urban schools to protect poor teachers/teaching, administrators/ administration, stop student protests, classroom questions,  speedup dropout  from school,  teachers/ administrators’ bullying, harassment, stereotype/streaming, imposed assignment/test/exams on raw course or  without teaching, etc… armed mounted police and other forms of security posts are designed inside urban and mixed urban schools to suppress non-white students.  Generally, LIMPT, INC.  found that majority of americans (including students k-tertiary) live in the districts, counties, states and other  non-federal jurisdictions and severally federal power cannot question these micro-authorities and in these non-federal jurisdictions police and related securities are threat to education and compliance.  Shooting and other disorderliness in school are not excuse to mount police station inside schools because teachers and administrator  are the cause of the majority of these  hostilities in schools and LIMPT, INC. found that these incidents are simple to resolve and eliminate.



 Across the United States in the Urban and mixed urban schools, scholarly and polite questions by students  on what teachers taught could escalate stage by stage to police action, arrest, detention, charge, jail, suspension, expulsion, death,  etc. Smart/gifted/talented non-white students are most hit with an eye on their future strength in job competition.  Under the silence of the majority of whites some whites want to stop them at all unlawful costs because they brand them threat to their unmerited means of livelihood and white supremacy.  



…Urban and part of mixed urban schools are predominantly non-whites  whereas suburban and part of mixed urban schools are predominantly whites. Across the United States, majority of the urban, suburban and mixed urban schools have majority of whites teachers and administrators  and the plan stands  at an embarrassing percentage  of 85% - 100%  trumped everything including but unlimited to multicultural/racial/color federal system and character of America.



"...Conception and theory of mass education under universal education for all citizens or new Act (2001) called NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND  in the United States are diverted and internalized in such manner that for the american whites "...becoming educated is engineered for and towards employment and good life. Deeply conceived by whites  that education is  for our people (whites) and other s (non-whites) do not merit right to education, jobs, services, etc or good life…" To achieve this goal,  non-whites must not excel to the point to get the jobs whites must/can do…

… Internally or secretly agreed by whites, in urban and part of mixed urban schools to eliminate emerging jobs and other competitions,  force and other forms of drop out must be put in place via  poor teaching, administration, repression, stereotype/streaming, under-scoring,  bullying, harassment, closure of  school and all of will be sealed by mounted police support to avert internal protest and related action..."


In majority of the states in the United States, it appears as if police and related operatives are created to protect whites. In urban and part of mixed urban schools,  majority of the urban and mixed urban schools are whites  and operated under  organizational structure of teachers/teaching and administration/administrators based on  close-door plan which amplify  poor teaching, administration, repression, stereotype/streaming, under-scoring,  bullying, harassment, closure of  schools.  Whites base close door teachers/teaching and administrators/administration plan is preferred to maintain secret circle. For example,  the governor of  Massachusetts is a black but citizens in the state may wrongfully blame him as if he has jurisdiction over public schools and able to use his power in office to control the evil in the brains of the mayor of the city of Boston, superintendent ,  teachers,  administrators, etc  to  the extent that they heartlessly closed over 15 urban and part of mixed urban schools without providing free transportation to displaced students to attend distance schools imposed on them.


 In these schools (urban and mixed urban)  teachers and administrators can do and undo or engage in severe forms of  poor teaching, administration, repression, stereotype/streaming, under-scoring,  bullying, harassment, closure of  school, etc and any voice in opposition to their extra-education activities is swiftly repressed by the  mounted police and related empowered security system.



Take notice that  poor teaching, administration, repression, stereotype/streaming, under-scoring,  bullying, harassment, closure of  school, etc are key problem in urban and part of mixed urban schools and major impasse in non-whites education. There are two forms, the major part is teachers/administrators' forms of  poor teaching, administration, repression, stereotype/streaming, under-scoring,  bullying, harassment, etc on first part and minor part is student to student bullying, harassment, stereotype, and streaming on second part.



 First and second parts of these problems could be eliminated by strong and independent internal student union, community base school administration and teachers, independent Inspectorate of Education and elimination of mounted police in urban and mixed urban school. Student Union leadership organization will undergo student to student early intervention, conflict discovery, resolution, etc.etc. etc.



Publishers independent research and investigation on shooting and related  fatality in US school, K-tertiary relied on genealogical  approach to track causes of conflicts, role players, interventionary effort, etc. etc. etc.



Conclusion and recommendations on cause of given action and other actions founded on the role of teachers and administrators and how the role of teachers and administrators have expanded the action of several student bully/harassment and other intolerance against other students.  In the majority of urban and part of mixed urban schools, teachers and administrators enjoy the action of student bully against its victims and Publishers have watched  bullies/teachers/victims.


 
Student Union is the only tool to stop student/teacher/administrator bullying, harassment, stereotype, poor teaching because teachers and administrators desire to see more and student bullies to increase teachers/administrators bullies and other actions stated in this article to implement mass disengagement and school closure.



In some schools to relief teachers of  scoring mal-practices, students are delegated to mark and score students’ work under the secret control by same teachers. Any protest by students are repressed by the police and damage of students’ present and future reputation, names and career starts from there.
